My experience was not good with Wells Fargo but recently I got helpd solve the problem but I’m still doing a negative review because this bank doesn’t communicate well instead of one star I will give a two star want to give better review but Wells Fargo has a lot to work on manly communication problems

This branch has no sign stating no pets or support animals and they asked me not to return with my esa pet..
My pet and I have been going there several months without any issues until they put a new teller who is terrified of all animals and acts grossed and scared of my pet..
I feel they discriminated against my pet..

Worst bank I've ever been to. Went in to take some money out of my account and the teller ask me what I needed the money for. Smfh. And then tells me my money is not available for withdrawal after I wouldn't say why I wanted it. Made to feel as if I were trying to steal my own money. I had to go to another branch and was in and out in 5 minutes Never going to that Bias bank again....

This is a GARBAGE bank, especially the woman gonzales always addressing bad attitude and terrible customer service and she presents herself as the manager of this brach, so if the manager has a horrible customer service , you can imagine how bad service provide the rest of the staff.I closed all my business with this garbage institution, eventhough my only relation with this bank was a CD. These unpolite and unprofessional people, used every single trick to hold my money.Glad of being away for this GARBAGE bank NEVER AGAIN no matter if they offer 100% interest rate.

Pereception is reality! I went to the Scotch Plains branch this morning (12/16) to make a deposit including cash; a bad idea!11 people on line; 2 tellers, of which 1 was in training and couldn't do anything on hs own; after waiting over 20 minutes and still on line, I asked to be to see a manager; I asked her "politely" if there was anyone that could assist the long line; she said "no", she couldnt help, she's not a teller; she proceeded to tell me how the bank can't get help; employees complaining to customers is unprofessional; she then suggested I not use the actual bank, and do my bankng online; last I checked depositing cash online is not possible; if she doesn't want customers using the bank then why is she there, and why does the branch exist??This experience is very similar to the Westfield branch where they have built partitions, so you can't see the staff. Clearly Wells Fargo is heading towards "zero in person banking"

I had an appointment to wire money yesterday going to scotch plains NJ branch. The lady who should process the wire said it is too late to do it. Then she asked me if we can do the paper work and I agreed. She has very nasty attitude, she claimed that the bank does not send wire to the intended country even though I just sent money recently to the same location. She also pretended that she is calling someone to help, but there was no one on the other line. I was completely shocked and wonder, where is her supervisor, unless she is the supervisor!!!!! what services this branch provide???? they should be ashamed of hiring such a liar, lazy, inconsiderate workers!!!!! I waisted almost 4o minutes after my work and I was so tired to receive such disgusting services....

I was calling around to Banks to inquire their CD rates. They were the only bank that would not give me their rates. Said I have to come in to their branch. I work, I dont have time to come in. They just lost $125k, Investor saving were more that acomadating. Pleasant over the phone and best rates. They got my business.

They tell you that you have to make a appointment to visit bank on line. I tired all day and could not get one.if they have none today. They should tell you when you can get one.

I went to this bank to cash a check that was in my name, from one of their clients, she told me that I needed 2 forms of ID I gave them the IDs and she told me why my wife gave me the check I told her that was Something personal, she called my wife and she was not on the phone and she refused to cash the check, I took my time and went from afar to cash the check and to come out empty handed, do not use this insipid and unprofessional bank. Here is an update check was cash without an issue next day at another branch, I think this teller had an agenda with me or she did not like me and wanted to give me a hard time. I’m adding proof of cashed check and teller name who cashed my check.

The workers at this branch are very nice. Minimal waiting time each time I go in. Has always been a pleasant experience. I recommend!
