“through put the years I have been here many times, not for normal reasons, my dog kaya has had tail surgery ear surgery and issues on both ears. The care and professionalism of the staff is awesome.this thanksgiving was a hard one kaya had two tumors removed a malignent and a non-malignent. Today is January 12 2024 and I can say that my dog would not be here if not for their help and care. The best animal hospital in the area.”

“The staff is always professional and meet the needs for the furry parents. The pricing is a bit aggressive and upselling sometimes pretty apparent. Overall great place to bring your pet, just make sure you ask questions upfront.
Like always, if you get a puppy or kitten: buy the insurance. It is hard after the first year to get insurance, but if you get them young, overall it is worth it.”

“My dog has been coming here since he was 4 months old he is now over 3 years old and I love this vet clinic. I used to live in Elizabeth NJ but had to move to California. The staff here are very professional and welcoming. The Veterinarian here is professional and serious when it comes to animals health very passionate about animals. And yes I still bring my dog here. Unless it's an emergency situation less than 24 hrs and I have to find a vet on the west coast, I book a fight back and forth from California to NJ just to take him to this veterinary clinic. It might seem crazy but they are the best and my dog is worth it. A lot of ppl think I'm lying until they see my boarding passes.”
“Dr. Markos is a compassionate, highly competent veterinarian assisted by an able and attentive staff. I have confidently entrusted two dogs to his care. Moreover, I have found the fees to be well within reason. Now this is where YELP needs a 1/2 star option, for I would rate 4 and 1/2 stars if I could. My only "criticism" is that the facility is rather cramped, which you notice especially if you're waiting, and the phone service----always polite----is not always very prompt. Highly recommended but have a little patience!”
“this was my first time taking my new cat to a vet. the check in was super fast, staff was really nice! got brought to the back almost immediately and let my cat roam the room and explore alittle. they got her weighed, asked me a bunch of questions in regards to symptoms because i had told them she was itchy and gave herself a tiny bald spot from scratching a lot. they took her previous records to front to update her profile and the vet came in almost immediately after. super nice, and very informative. did her wellness visit check up and took a look at the bald spot. said it was healing very well, and the hair was growing back already, so i was relieved. my cat also didnt freak out at all, not sure if thats because shes a people kitty, but she was chilling and just wanted to explore. the vet and assistant handled my cat with such care, and my cat also seemed to really like them! they offered her favorite treats to gain trust so she would let them look at her more closely. at the end of the visit, the vet put an ointment on her spot, and she hasnt scratched it since. was told to keep them updated so they could further treat it if worsened. all in all, id recommend them. the visit was also a lot cheaper than i was expecting, so that was nice too.”

“Dr. Levine is a gem. We just got a goldendoodle puppy and this was his and our first visit. We came because of the high reviews and they were accurate. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. Levine spent time with us, discussed issues we didn’t even think to ask about, and provided helpful tips not only to keep our new pup healthy, but behavioral and training suggestions as well. We made the right choice choosing South Orange as our vet. Last note, Sharon at the front will have you smiling the moment you walk in. She greets you with warmth, and it’s energy like that we don’t often see much of in the world anymore.”

“In my opinion, Dr Campos is a rock star. I had two VERY sick pups. She got me in a few hours later after I contacted her. She took copious notes and came prepared. She had contacted my regular vet and got their records before she came here.She is highly skilled in her profession. I can’t think of a vet that contacts me every day since she was here to ask how they are progressing. No one does that! She does! EVERY day her assistant texts for updates. Dr Campos is the real deal! She’s in the right profession. Highly intelligent, caring and loving to our pets. She is a true professional .NO, I was not ever prompted or paid to write this review.”

“Our dog is 7 now. He has had many allergy issues and infections due to allergies. We take him for his shot as well, cytopoint every month. Dr's are wonderful, patient, and communicate with us for any medical issue. Staff is wonderful. The front desk is very helpful, Nancy is kind and very helpful. Thank you Tristan~”
“The vet is very knowledgeable and attentive. He spends time with you answering all your questions, and he doesn't make you feel rushed. Also, he doesn't try to suggest things that aren't needed. And calls after hours to check up and see how your pet is doing. Hard to find a vet that genuinely cares about animals the way he does. Highly recommend this place.PS, aside from seeing dogs and cats, he is also very experienced with rabbits.”

“I wanted to thank everyone who was at Madison Animal Hospital yesterday June 14 and around 630pm, I had an appointment scheduled for my hamster to come in for a wellness check on the 23rd and last night things got worse for my little Peach. I called and pressed one for emergency and whomever I spoke to (I was a hysterical mess) calmed me and and told me to come down asap which I am so grateful and thankful for! Again thank you for that. Come to find out my little hammy was very very sick, paralyzed from a tumor she developed. I don't remember anyone's name because It all happened so fast but I want to thank the Vet who found Peaches issues and all the girls who talked to me, calmed me down, reassured me I was a great pet owner. I was devastated that all this happened to my Peach within hours. All the staff at Madison Animal Hospital are so sweet and so kind and they literally were so helpful and helped me make the right decisions on what to do with my baby. I'm thinking people are gonna think I'm crazy for crying hysterical over a hamster, but the staff there knew I loved Peaches with all my hear and kept telling me I wasn't crazy and she was more than just my pet. The front desk receptionist even put out a sign and lit those battery candles for Peaches. Thank you again for everyone that helped me and helped Peaches crossover rainbow bridge . I will never forget how professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and just amazing humans that work in this Animal Hospital. Thank you again for making Peaches comfortable before I said my last goodbyes to her. Below I shared some pictures of Peaches before she got sick. Thank you a million times again. All the work she does is from the heart and she is absolutely invested in each of her patients.Important note: She has a lot of patients so if you know your cat needs a check up, make sure to book in advance and make sure to check that she is accepting new patients.”
“Amy the 13.5 year old beagle princess has been cared for by Dr Sarle since she was a post shelter puppy who rescued us. For the last 5 years he has treated her for Addison’s disease. When she arrives for her monthly shots, she runs over to Dr Sarle and Christa, his lovely assistant, wagging her tail. She knows that she is very much loved member of the Chatham Animal Hospital pack! If you want the warmth and compassion of a pack, rather than an often impersonal clinic, Dr Sarle is the Vet for you”
