This location would not accommodate me trying to get my families passports. I arrived at 10:05AM, when I told the TWO people working that I was going to book a 10:15AM passport appt the night prior when I logged in at 10:30pm. When I logged back in the following morning to book them since our family realized we would be available for that time, I was unable to book a same day appt at any location. I decided to show up and see if I could be accommodated since it had only been 12 hours since the appts were available . The woman told me that I could NOT be accommodated even though I was the only one in the store. The second worker conveniently left the front area and the woman told me he is now on his lunch break, they plan their schedules accordingly and there isn’t anyone free to assist. THE STORE OPENED AT 10AM AND IT WAS NOW 1015AM. How can he already be on his lunch break?!?!? I cannot handle stupidity, deceit and rudeness. DON’T SUPPORT THEM.

When you call the number it’s impossible to get a human on the phone. The options that the automated voice messaging system have does not offer much help

I went there on my lunch break to ship a package internationally and Ivory helped me. She was so welcoming, nice and quick. She explained the process to me as a customer new to the process. I enjoyed my experience and will be back. Thanks Ivory!!!

The guy working the front counter has a serious attitude problem. He’s been like this for years with numerous complaints and yet still works in the same position. Tells you all you need to know about this particular post office. Go to the Westfield PO if you need you interact with the employees for any reason

I’ve been going to this post service for the past year that I’ve moved to Scotch Plains and never had a bad experience until today. I scheduled an appointment for passport at 10:45 for my infant when I got there. Debbie told me that I’m not on the list. I told her that I booked it through the app but never received a confirmation email so I thought I would just go. This is the first time I met Debbie and she’s like a bad thorn in this place. She had nobody online the place was empty. There was no one there for passports. I had all the documents at hand along with my three month old. She turned me away. Thank God there was a gentleman that told me about a different place where I can go and they will take me.

Why has no one done anything about that nasty J*** that works there. He curses in front of children and his attitude is unnecessary. No way he got hired for his customer interactions. Post master why dont you do something the worst post office by far no wonder no one uses USPS anymore. Does his mother like him? Shareef or something similar. Change professions human seatbelt tester maybe.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my passport renewal, front desk male receptionist have terrible customer service representation. No one was in line at that moment. He still manages us on standby even after my appointment. I suggest going to a different postal service. If I can rate this experience, I would rate it 0.
