Exceptional customer service. I was returning Amazon item first time and doesn't know about customer packed logic. Team at the store make me aware of packing requirement for such items in minimal charge. I think I need to seal it with bag. Five stars to team as I am senior citizen and some time need guidance

The owner or manager is rude. He is a poor representation of UPS. He try to charge me $2 for a piece of tap for an Amazon return. On another occasion the store was closed but another employee left the door unlocked. I entered and he shoo’d me away. UPS if you read these reviews this worker closed on 4/8. About 5’7 brown skinned guy. If he’s a proprietor then I’d be curious if his numbers a good because his customer service is not.

The gentleman here have been so helpful. They go out of their way to help you with your packages. Carrying them, delivering them making sure that the labels are correct. And so forth and they're the kindest kindest people ever!!!!!

Store opens at 8 am. I got here at 9. Now 9:30 and the store is still locked. At least 15 cars pulled up then left. Two people commented “this happens frequently.” Don’t get here on time unless you have plenty of time to wait.

The ONLY UPS store in the area that actually keeps the store hours listed online and ANSWERS the phone. The one in Plainfield on 7th Street is trash. They dont show up on time and have horrible customer service.

I went in the store to print and notarize a document . The 3 men on staff were very patient, polite and accommodating. It made my experience quick and easy which I so appreciated !

I went to return a package And when I asked for help the manager said he couldn't help because I didn't want to buy a box there. I had to tape my package on my own. How rude, irresponsible and bad image for the company. I thought they were there to help costumers
