“Wanting to expand into bowhunting, I visited Dom’s shop after hearing nothing but positive things about him via word of mouth. Dom spent about an hour with me showing me the function and technology in new compound bows, as well as several models while addressing the pros and cons of them all. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable, but was more concerned with fitting me with the right bow for what I wanted, what I wanted to spend, and, most importantly, helping me find a bow that I would be shooting for years instead of buying something I would want to replace in a few. More than once he said I don’t want you spending money twice. He never tried to upsell me to the highest flagship models, and instead went over what they offered versus what he was recommending to me. I went back the next day with the boss (my wife), and Dom and Doug both answered any questions she had all over again concerning the bow before we made the purchase. They were also both highly professional in assisting another customer that had been sold a used bow that was clearly not set up correctly for him from a larger chain store in an effort to get it right without breaking his wallet. When I picked up the bow, Doug and Dom were also awesome during the lesson and getting the bow tuned and sighted properly. Their explanations were straightforward, and the tweaks they offered focused on solid fundamentals. As a hunter and avid fisherman, this is why in the Internet age it is important to buy local from knowledgeable guys that take their time to assist you personally and truly fit you the right way. You’re not getting that level of service or personal attention over an 800 number. I also know that down the road, they will be there for any adjustments, questions, or assistance I need in the future. Visit Dom and Doug- you won’t be disappointed. A+ service and fantastic guys!”

Keith is also an expert in Club Repair and extremely knowledgeable in club fitting.He helped me with a set of clubs for my son and was able to add 1" to the entire iron set + he was able to reuse the new grips I just put on. He saved me $100's of dollars in repairs.The store always has a great selection of New and Pre Owned Clubs, Golf Balls, Clothes, Hats, Golf Bags and loads of accessories for golf. If they don't have it, they do their best to get the item if they can...and quickly. They also do printing on shirts to personalize. Also, a great place to get some local swag! The bill was obviously significant but the staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about sized and color styles, matching accessories. In house alterations...pending pickup so I'll how that goes. Pro tip: if you pay cash you save 10%...which can lead to hundreds of dollars in savings.”

“I decided to give this place a try as I had knee replacement surgery and needed to get proper measurements of my feet to get the right sneakers to be able to walk. A salesperson named Joseph took great care of me and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease as I was still nervous and wobbly with my walking. Then they ask you what type of cushioning you like. Based on the discussion, they bring a few choices to try. The store doesn't offer budget friendly options but what is sold is high-quality. I have foot issues, and my sneakers have greatly alleviated my problems. I highly recommend visiting!”

“I really love this place. In November they were running a sale on boards and I nabbed a Capita AND bindings for what I considered a great price. I'm still what I would consider a beginner snowboard, and every single person who was there answered my questions with consideration (I was there for like 2 hours lol). They even gave me options of colors for the bindings they thought would be good fits for my board! Walked out ready for the season....until someone slammed into me from behind day 1 on the slopes, chipping my board. I called and asked if Out of Bounds could fix it and they knew who I was by name- I had only been there once! Brought it in, it was fixed, took it out twice and it chipped again. I brought it back and they apologized, and together we even found the original chip was deeper than we thought. Not even anyone's fault but the dude who originally hit me. Picked it back up the second time and it's held up since. Even if it didn't, Out if Bounds is quick, professional, and everyone who works there is really nice. They try to get everything back to you quickly so you can get back outside, and guaranteed, as I progress, I'll be buying more boards from them again!!”
