I made use of the gym floor and pool during my visit on a Saturday morning. The floor is two levels and was clean and organized. Didn’t find it to be crowded either. The pool was more spacious compared to other Fitness & Wellness clubs. I would suggest calling the desk beforehand if you intend to just come and use the pool. At times it may be closed due to swim meets.

This is a clean, nice facility with great trainers and staff.I have been taking Pilates reformer classes with Sandy for over two years now and training under her has been the best decision for my fitness journey. She is an incredible instructor, who modifies exercises to fit my needs, makes working out fun and challenging. Her supportive and encouraging attitude has made my fitness improve far beyond my expectations. I'm stronger, more flexible and happier. If you are looking for a Pilates reformer instructor with great integrity who is as invested as you are in your fitness growth, I highly recommend Sandy! You won't be disappointed!!!

Once you've signed the contract and they have your money, don't expect to hear from them again. They do not follow through on any of the promises they sell you when you first visit- no orientation, instruction, or personal assessment as offered. The bathroom and locker room floors are always soaking wet, and children are usually in the locker rooms where adults are completely undressed.

Clean and plenty of space to work out. Lots of room to park. Bring a towel just in case none are available.

This gym is well kept and clean and clientele are respectful.Plenty of equipment. Well maintained locker room. I wish they offered more (any!!!) early morning classes like yoga, pilates, barre and/or combinations of these beyond just bootcamp type offering at 5:30 am for those who work and would love to start the day off with an actual (calm, centering, restorative, inspiring yet still toning/strengthening) class. In general. I wish they catered to working customers with more variety at both 5:30 and early evening. It would be great if they offered mobility classes and more yoga/pilates:barre sculpting classes. I also wish they had a larger “stretching” area because it’s so limited and lots of people like to free weight train and stretch beyond that limited space.

The Rahway Fitness Center is awesome, 100 percent. Lots of classes Certified, experienced instructors If one instructor is not your style, try a different one. Since multiple classes in each area are taught, there severa instructors who run classes. Lot's of clean, well maintained equipment whether you want a class or want to work out on your own. Attendees -- wide array of ages, with plenty of in shape older people. Additionally, there young adults with children who use the no cost day care while they work out! Love the facility, equip availability, and the great classes with plenty of support!

Genuinely surprised by so many "negative" reviews here. I have been a member for over two years and see nothing but top tier service and an amazing environment. Lots of options in terms of "what exercise YOU feel comfortable doing" and a staff that is always friendly and able to help if need be. This is the only gym I've ever felt comfortable enough at to CONSISTENTLY go (which is huge in a fit journey). I am grateful every day to have such an awesome environment to build myself up in. :)

I was shocked by these other reviews. First of all the fact the childcare is included for me was a huge. I have two kids under 5, that I can bring every day for two hours! That in itself is worth the membership. The childcare area is always clean and has the same staff members-Ms Nicole and Ms Kylie everyday, who are awesome with the kids. (I have been to other gyms where it's a different person every time and there are about 20 kids running around with 1 staff member.) The gym is always very clean, it's never super busy and there's plenty of machines, classes and a salt water pool. That's all included! I'd rather pay a little more for better quality.

Very upset the gym appears to have gone political. Can’t get Fox News on the tvs, it’s fuzzy and unviewable. BUT you sure can get cnn and msnbc as clear as day. Wrong on every front. The gym Should be fair and balanced and not biased and choosing for the members what news programs to view. My husband spoke to the manager and he acted clueless, duh ? We all pay the same fee and everything there should be fair! If it doesn’t change we will end our membership.

Nice equipment. Lots of cardio options too. Only problem I have is when I tried to cancel I couldn't find the cancellation form that said needs to be downloaded and filled out. I emailed the facility numerous times and nobody would get back to me. They are eager to sign you up but crickets when you have to cancel.
