I just moved into the area and I highly recommend this branch. Their customer service is second to none; consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with Geraldine’s professionalism and customer service. She is not only friendly but also highly knowledgable in the services the bank provides. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

The slowest branch there is. The line takes forever and they have someone in the parking lot waving deposit slips at you rather than having them inside expediting the lines and wait times

I took out a withdrawal here. When I got home I noticed it was $65 short. I called the branch and they did not resolve despite me having a photo with proof. I called PNC corporate and they say I have to work with the local branch. I'm going to give this branch one more chance to fix their mistake or I'll be calling the police. Definitely don't need the $65, but I'm not going to allow a bank to steal my money.

We had a GREAT experience at this bank on Monday, as well as at the Fanwood branch. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! It was truly a delight to deal with these nice people. Thank you to both bank managers, and Supriti and Mae for their excellent service!
