I really love this place. In November they were running a sale on boards and I nabbed a Capita AND bindings for what I considered a great price. I'm still what I would consider a beginner snowboard, and every single person who was there answered my questions with consideration (I was there for like 2 hours lol). They even gave me options of colors for the bindings they thought would be good fits for my board! Walked out ready for the season....until someone slammed into me from behind day 1 on the slopes, chipping my board. I called and asked if Out of Bounds could fix it and they knew who I was by name- I had only been there once! Brought it in, it was fixed, took it out twice and it chipped again. I brought it back and they apologized, and together we even found the original chip was deeper than we thought. Not even anyone's fault but the dude who originally hit me. Picked it back up the second time and it's held up since. Even if it didn't, Out if Bounds is quick, professional, and everyone who works there is really nice. They try to get everything back to you quickly so you can get back outside, and guaranteed, as I progress, I'll be buying more boards from them again!!

After doing my OWN research and being told to still go to Jackson @ OUT OF BOUNDS I still went on my own and purchased a board too small and way to advanced for me and ALMOST gave it all up I finally went to Jackson today and without stress and pressure received much knowledge with many many comparisons and explanations ( I should've listened a year ago). I finally purchased the RIGHT board for me and now have a board to sell, (ugh) but all good. Thank you Ray Rod for suggesting the visit and Thank you Jackson, Jacks (the other guy) and the young gentleman who helped with our boards and bindings. Best advise? go try your sport of choice with a rental then GO SEE JACKSON and enjoy the COUCH!!!!!......If you know you know.

If you need a board and a full set up there is no one I trust more than the folks at OOB! Jackson will get you the exact gear you need for your riding level (I've been riding for 30+ years and he's talked me out of some purchases that were more expensive but wrong for me...who does that). Get your ass in there and you'll be hooting on the mountain in no time!

I just got a Bataleon Evil Twin 2022/23 model here last week. I live about an hour away and was looking for a place to pickup a new board in person, the online shopping for a board was too difficult with all of the options. I called up and whoever I spoke to took a lot of time to tell me multiple models that were available in store in my size, and assured me that I would most likely find the perfect one if I made the trip. Glad I took the drive, got the board at a good price, and they even swapped my bindings from my old board for free. I really appreciated the thorough time taken to explain the difference between the different Bataleon models and what made each one unique. Definitely happy with my purchase and really appreciate the good customer service here. Thank you guys!!

Store is decent, but no matter what board you liked, you’ll likely leave with a Bataleon. Came in after 3 trips and showed the premature damage, owner said he’d get back to me in a day or so. No response 2 months later. Wish I could review the product individually but - most inferior snowboard ever. If you go off trail, woods, etc every single little twig will knick and scuff your board. Had a Burton for 7 years that held up better. Would not recommend.

mom and pop store with limited selection of everything you need for snowboarding, either buying or renting. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team. A bit chaotic due to store size though but they will give you their time.

There is ALOT of decisions to make when buying a new snowboard, boots and bindings. What you get depends alot on your ride style, where you'll be riding and how experienced you are. All that info it tough to determine sometimes but these folks have a badass level of knowledge. Jackson is the man when it comes to picking the right gear.This is the best place for beginners, intermediate or expert level snowboarders buying new gear.THEY DO NO SELL SKI GEAR SO DONT WASTE JACKSON'S TIME. The dude is busy until he finds a way to clone himself

Jackson is great, he takes his time to go over everything and explains how something may be beneficial in your case or not. Him and his team are great at explaining the different options available and they are all very knowledgable.
