I’ve been working with Dave at Two Wolves for nearly two years. My strength, endurance and overall fitness level have increased substantially since joining. Small group training is offered, as close to personal training as you can get, but with a reasonable monthly membership cost. Workouts are varied and effective. All members are friendly and encouraging.

I highly recommend Coach Dave at Two Wolves Fitness. The variety of workouts are challenging, Coach Dave is very engaging, and it's an efficient use of time - no way I would get a better workout in a regular gym.Above and beyond the great results, Coach Dave instilled an enthusiasm for exercise, which translated into making fitness a habit in my daily life. Thank you Dave!

I've been training with Dave at Fitness Revolution for about a year and a half now and it has changed my life. Prior to FR, I would do the same repetitive routine at a local gym with zero results. Since I started working out with Dave I've lost over 20lbs and feel stronger than ever. Dave does an incredible job of finding the right balance between strength and cardio training. I highly recommend his classes at Fitness Revolution

Friendly staff, clean equipment, doesn't stink like a gym locker and the equipment works wonderfully. When my schedule doesn't conflict with my workouts I'm usually here every day.

I've mostly been training with Dave virtually, all the way from London! His workouts are well balanced and definitely challenging. He does a nice job mixing up the routines to keep it fresh. I LOVE that he does the workouts with us rather than simply instructs. It's nice to see him breathing heavy and struggling through a final set like the rest of us!!Highly recommend!!

I have been working out with Dave at Fitness Revolution for almost a year now. The group classes were somewhat challenging when I first started out. Once you get accustomed to the individual exercises it’s gets a bit easier, but I still leave tired. Which is the point, right? The workouts vary and I don’t think they have ever repeated, so you don’t get into a rut. The groups are great. There are a lot of very nice people who all have the same mindset. It’s not the sort of gym where people are going to a gym to be seen. This is about doing your workout, having fun while doing it, and reaching your goals. Over the time I have been working out I have lost a fair bit of weight but more importantly significantly lowered my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure. I attribute that to the circuit training and the nutrition tips that Dave shared. So, if you are looking for a place for small group fitness classes, I would definitely recommend Fitness Revolution.

This is the last day of the 6 week challenge. I went into it having not been to a gym in many years. I was looking to lose a little weight and feel a little better. It did that and more. It's given me the incentive to continue working out. I urge anyone, no matter what shape you're in to see Dave. He is an excellent trainer and will work with you. It was a great 6 weeks. Thanks Dave.

I went from never having worked out to jumping in head first and starting a 6 week challenge at Fitness Revolution and it was amazing! I discovered I actually enjoy working out and Dave has been great! Since I have never done something like this before Dave took that into consideration and he made sure to push me so I got the most out of it but also help me out with modifications if necessary. I would 100% recommend the group work outs! They are a small groups with super friendly people!

I, along with my husband and daughter started a fitness program with Dave 6 weeks ago. I am not one of those people that ever enjoyed going to the gym, however, Dave made it fun while pushing me to do my best at the same time. I discovered I actually enjoy working out and Dave has been great! Since I am no spring chicken, Dave took into consideration my limitations and modified some of the exercises for me. I would highly recommend Fitness Revolution and Dave!! Thanks for the challenge!

If you want to feel leaner, healthier and stronger this gym is the place for you. Dave has the experience and knowledge to help anyone attain their own personal fitness goals while making each workout unique and fun! He uses a variety of techniques and practical movements suited for various fitness levels, and classes are never boring. Since joining almost 5 years ago I've achieved significant fat loss and gained leaner muscle. I've never felt better. HIGHLY recommend.

Just the type of gym I’ve been looking for! I’ve been training with Dave for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with the difference in my strength, fitness, and weight since I started. The group training classes are always different and interesting and focus on different areas of strength throughout the week so you always get great total body workouts without ever being bored with repetitive sessions. Dave also focuses on nutrition and is really committed to helping you achieve your goals through very sustainable lifestyle changes. The periodic team challenges are a fun and challenging way to motivate yourself to stay on track and to also push yourself to achieve more. There is also a great amount of support and camaraderie in the group sessions. I highly recommend Dave and Fitness Revolution if you’re ready to make a change in your workout routines!

I have been training at Fitness Revolution for almost 3 years. Before I started working out here, I felt self-conscious and intimated about taking group classes. Dave, the owner and trainer, will challenge or modify the workouts based on each individual's needs and fitness level. It is the only place where I continue to feel motivated and excited to live a healthier lifestyle!
