Consistently had issues with the chase bank. Needed a printout of my most recent deposits to close on a property. Was rudely interrupted and told I couldn’t be helped due to the line behind me.
Takes 5 minutes to print and sign… not the first time this place has failed in customer service. Drop chase and move over to Bank of America next door.

I visited on Veterans Day ,there is a drive through but I went inside to the machine ,but there was only one machine ,therefore a longer line.There is a parking lot ,so parking was easy.

This is the worse branch ever . We went there for assistance after my Mother's recent passing. We needed to add my name to my father's account given that he is older, and in case We went the first time without andappointment and the 1 banker was busy we understood. The young man said we could make an appointment for the following Wednesday at 230pm . We arrived on time only to be told that we had to me mistaken and that we never made an appointment. BECAUSE the banker was not there today. I explained that I am a doctor and like many working people my time is limited. Consequently, i keep all appointments in my phone calendar. I know that we had an appointment because the gentleman confirmed it. He actually acknowledged that we were there and that he did set up an appointment. We had to leave for a 2nd time without assistance. To me this is waste of customers time and poor service . The Other receptionist present on August 23, 2023 literally attempted to gaslight us . Making us feel like we were wrong and mistaken , when it was there incompetence.

The customer service at this bank is non existent. I own a business and every time I deal with this bank they have such a care-free attitude. The manager at this location, Yadira, is not helpful at all. They are the biggest bank in the US and they absolutely act like it and don’t care about customer service!

Just moved to the area. Had my first walk-in experience with this branch today. I've banked with Chase for years and always been satisfied. But today's experience - based on the lack of knowledge and the attitude - was like being in a fast food drive thru. Will avoid walking inside again unless absolutely necessary.

The tellers there are very good and professional all of them but the one with the big curls is very attentive and pays attention to details think Emily is her name.. she knew my name on my second visit. Jose, Daniel, and Patrick all are great guys and very professional! My favorite bank for sure.
