“I honestly don't know where to begin! So I will start from the beginning! I was in a position where I had no other choice but to rent vehicles for an extended time period. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. She told me to ask for "Manny" and boy oh boy am I glad I did! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I wa placed securely in one of their vehicles, he demonstrated the true meaning of customer service everytime I walked into the office or called on the phone. Brian was also just as gracious and hospitable. I rented various vehicles over approximately 5 months and I had ZERO issues! They have a life long customer and I have already been spreading the word! They might as well make me the face of VAR... hahaha! Thank you Manny and Brian for always making sure Miss Cali was taken care of!”

“After renting my vehicle I experienced a slow leak in the tire my fourth day of the rental. I was compensated by not filling up the gas tank when I returned the vehicle before my return date. The only reason I didn’t fill the gas tank was I didn’t want the tire to go flat again. Prior to returning the tire was completely flat in my driveway. I contacted the agent and told him I would fill the tire with my air pump at home and then respond the before the air comes back out, to which I did. After returning the vehicle and leaving I kind of felt I could have been compensated by not having to pay for the three days left on my rental. However I am not discouraged and I have been a customer of Enterprise for many years. I will continue to use Enterprise because I am a valued customer and I appreciate any assistance they provided me.”

In an attempt to correct the situation , Daniel even got on the phone with my agent to help them re-enter the reservation - all while juggling the phones, other customers, and questions from his coworkers with kindness and a smile. This is exactly the type of person you want running your team and interacting with customers. Well done!”
“After weeks and weeks visiting dealerships trying to find a mazda 3 in good condition ( 2012 ) I took my chances with this dealership. At arrival the car was ready to test drive. They let me check every part of the car. Under the hood under the car and inside out. Before closing the deal I was told what the car might need already schedule my appointment at a mazda dealership to take care of it. For the price and the miles in it it was ( my opinion ) a great deal. Just needed something for running errands and for point A to point B . They took care of DMV and helped with insurance quotes. They don't finance so be ready to pay cash or debit ( maybe credit cards will work as well )

Car was recently inspected . So that's done. The rest let's see. They seem sincere and won't lie to you about the car condition. Is either you like it or you don't. And trust me I went to more than 12 dealerships and visited 1 private seller and contacted many others via facebook market . And I do believe this was a great deal. Other dealers lie plus the cars look in bad conditions and they want to just sell they always say everything good with the car and is a car with 175,000 miles plus and they want 9,000 for a 2010 mazda common ..other want to sell you a brand new car when sometimes reality is you cant pay 500 a month plus insurance.
So to end this review my recommendation. Study the market visit couple of dealers then stop at this one and come into your own conclusions. Prices are fair that in case the car is not for you after buying it then sell it for more. And recoup the money . Stop complaining and a used car will always be that a used car . You want problem free ! Then buy a brand new car . You can't never find a perfect used car with several miles on it. So stop dreaming be realistic. Buy the use car and invest a little and fix wherever is the problem I bought a Nissan once and invested 2,000 in some minors repairs . Got another one and invested 1200 . Got a used toyota 2021 and invested in brakes and alignment. Good luck ? but give this people a chance they are more professional than more than half of other dealerships .”

“Customer service at this location is always top notch although sometimes the wait can be a bit long because they do appear to be short-staffed. Vehicles are always in excellent condition and prices are higher than was the case a few years ago, but this is due to global conditions not specific to the Enterprise brand.”

“Ray was a gem and took it upon herself to sanitize my vehicle knowing I was in a hurry to get to a funeral.
Team did their best to help me out after a few issues of needing Apple CarPlay. They stayed positive and kind even though they had a rough day with vacuums breaking etc. I will be back to rent next time I am in town to visit family. Thanks again!”
