“I required a unique piece to repair an old Franke faucet. I went to Hanover Supply in Chatham and Dave assisted me. This part was not in stock and was difficult to find. The entire staff was helpful in the search and it eventually required that Dave use a similar part from another brand of faucet that he had in stock. This required more than one trip to Hanover Supply to finally get it right. It also required that Dave think outside the box in order to meet my needs.
