I purchased bikes for kids and myself here. They are very courteous and helpful. I like that they will allow you to trade in the bikes you buy there. This has been great as the kids have outgrown their bikes.

Excellent, consistent customer service. Have been coming here ever since the pandemic started when I took my old road bike out of the garage after years of not using it. They tuned it up and I have successfully used it since then. I spent some time there yesterday getting to the bottom of the problem with my back tire as well as a refresher lesson on changing a flat. I really appreciate the time the owner, Steve, took to spend with me. Thank you!

The younger gentleman that assisted me was genuine and incredibly helpful to a neophyte cyclist like me. The price was very fair and reasonable, and the turnaround was very quick. I would definitely recommend The Bike Stand!

I would not go there if your bike has hydraulic brakes. Paid for a tuneup yet my brakes did not work correctly. Otherwise the people are friendly and nice

I visited there earlier today. Those guys are amazing!! From the phone call made before I got there, up until when I left. Greeted as soon as I walked in, by not one but two gentlemen. Stated my challenge with needing to rebuild a sturmey archer 3 speed hub with 36 holes on a 20 inch chrome rim for a 20 inch low rider bike.I was directed to speak with Steve who is a master tech I have to say. First time meeting everyone there and they treated me like family. Chat with Steve for a while like I was a regular at the shop. He’s a very friendly, funny, humble, knowledgeable and honest guy. Like I said before, I spoke to him for a while like I was a regular there. Even though I just got information the service was bar none. We made plans to get my sturmey archer 3 speed hub on a 20 inch rim of my liking. So I’ll be going back there very soon. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Went there to get the front gear cable replaced. The chain is $5 but they charged me $30 and didn't put cable end cap. The chain started rubbing the front derailleur after the replacement. The brake lever was adjusted facing out instead of straight. Basically everything they touched was messed up. I have to pay another 60 bucks to get everything fixed again.Go somewhere else if you want better service and cheaper service.
