Had the best experience with Kayla today! She really helped me out ! Went out of her way to make me feel better. No clue what these wackos in the prior comments are talking about with this girl Kayla and clearly both of those reviews are from the same person. Ridiculous … honestly. I have been coming to this wawa for over 20 years! Kayla wasn’t rude at all , was shocked to read that when I came to post this review. When someone takes the time to help you out. It matters.

Was treated terribly by cashier kayla, she used racial slurs and called me the B word. And i simply asked if i could leave my coffee and grab my purse because i forgot it in the car. She went on to curse at me and call me names. I paid for my coffee and left but i will not be returning until she is gone that is a disgusting way to treat paying customers

Usually love this wawa however this morning i was treated extremely rudely by an employee named kayla . Ive never seen her before and she was very rude and has terrible communication skills. She made my 70 year old mom cry and called us both names. Do better wawa

Employees are very nice, as well as the managers. One of the ladies who work behind the deli and sometimes the register is SO nice and friendly!! The employee's name is Miranda, she's an excellent customer service provider!!

The "manager", Melissa gave very racist vibes. She refused to even acknowledge me. She then was annoyed when her colleague told her my special order. She made the drink, while not filling it to the top and handed it to me like that. She then says "This is how it came out because we're not supposed to make rechargers frozen" Us customers pay for a full cup - not 3/4! Most importantly , her statement about rechargers is a lie because I get it all the time from the menu. It's an option ON the menu! It's sad that a "manager" doesn't know the company's menu & unprofessional to say the least. This location gotta do better!
Flipside- Ava was extremely nice and welcoming. She was professional as any worker should be.
I left a note for the STORE manager , Maggie. Let's see if I get a response!

I love all the staff been coming here for the past 5 years but will take the drive to the oldbridge wawa since a women with the tag “willow” took me long time since she never has a name tag always talks with disrespect when questioned I try to avoid her but she’s the only one sitting around. Had phrases towards me such as “not my problem” “there’s another wawa” ask for help with a sandwich on the top not slid down says “your almost there” instead of stopping to help how embarrassing I have never met somebody so rude towards elderly.

I love Wawa, and normally visit several locations, all have been great. However, this one by far is the worst one I've ever been to.
They are understaffed and it leaves the associates there having to do more than normal and it shows. Employees have attitudes, people having to wait longer times, people waiting to pay at the registers, etc. I'll be sure to avoid this store in the future.

I use to come here in the morning around 5.30 am But not no more. Employees here always have a bad attitude at that time. They don’t say good morning or anything at all. Employees seem despondent and hostile. Made me feel uncomfortable. Rarely any breakfast sandwich’s ready. Dirty floors and food prep area. This is a badly managed Wawa. Now I save my money and eat breakfast at home not worth giving my money to these miserable people here.

I guess she was the manager. She had no name tag. I asked for a bag she told me she forgot to order them. So I asked if I can get one of the Uber bags she told me she couldn’t give me one which I can understand, but she should’ve at least offered to have somebody help me carry everything out to my car. When I told her, how am I supposed to carry everything out to my car? She basically told me too bad. It was very difficult and I dropped my drinks in the parking lot.Shouldn’t she have a ID badge on?This Took place around 11:15 AM.There was just one lady working on the food and beverages with no one to help her The lady with no name badge wore a brownish hoodie was one of two people checking out at the register.

A young man named Anthony D gave me a great experience at wawa that i’ll never forget. While waiting in line, we had got into a conversation and i was telling him about my financial struggles, and how being a single mom is hard. He not only paid for my order, but started attending my youngest daughters softball games every thursday! He invited my little family to his Dewise Thanksgiving dinner. We are more than pleased. Who knew you could start lifelong friendships at your local Wawa. If you ever go, ask for Anthony. Give him a hug and kiss from Barb. See you on Thanksgiving honey xoxo
