They were able to fill my prescription without a problem.

There pharmacy is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I left 3 scripts there at 3pm. One for pain as I had just had oral surgery. It is now 740pm and it's still not ready plus nobody picks up the phone there! This has happened numerous times! I wish we had a CVS in Sayreville. They are so much better!

Worst pharmacy ever! Their incompetence paid a toll on my wife’s medical ailment. They gave my wife a very hard time getting her meds and she did all the work between her physician and insurance provider. It cost her 2 days from the day it was supposed to be refilled. When they finally refilled her prescription it was short of 4 tablets. And this wasn’t the first time it happened to her. First it was short of 2 , then it went to 5, 1 and now 4. This is getting to be a bad habit of theirs miscounting to a point of being routine! The pharmacist was even rude and would not give the missing tabs that were missing in the bottle. Will file a formal complaint. My rating: not even close to a 1 star!

You call me about a prescription refill and say it will be ready after 1030 on Saturday. I arrive on Sunday and it’s still not ready? Get it together.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was on hold for the pharmacy for almost a hour. I don't know how only 3 callers can be ahead of me for so long. I need medicine for Covid and it took forever. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all!

I have to take birth control due to ovarian cysts, which is a prescription that cannot be missed, otherwise many side effects will alter my body, and it will be like starting a new medication all over again. It seems like every month. I am told to pick it up on a certain day, and when I go on that day, it is never in stock. I received a text message on Friday saying that my prescription is ready to be refilled. I requested to refill it, and then I was told it was too soon I went to the pharmacy to see what they said, and they said it would be ready by Sunday. Unfortunately, I was not able to go pick it up, so I had my mom go on Sunday, and they said it was out of stock. She spoke to numerous people at the pharmacy who were all. Understanding of the frustration of the situation, and she was told that she would be able to pick it up at a different pharmacy tonight. I then received a call from Walgreens, being told this information, and I asked the worker, Benjamin, on the phone why my prescription is not there when I was told that it would be ready by Sunday. He said that it was an issue with the warehouse, and he “ did not want to get into an extensive conversation with me just like he did with my mother”. Benjamin was rude and insensitive when I asked why it’s the same issue every month, and did not give me a clear answer. I feel overlooked, and this pharmacy does not seem to care about time management.

I can get meds faster by processing the plants and ingredients myself at home. This place is a joke. Snarky little shits behind the counter. Forget about calling them. “The phone doesn’t work” hours and hours to fill a script.

Literally stood in line 30 mins for a flu shot to be told if I don't have insurance I have to pay $57 for a flu shot. I asked the pharmacist how when it supposed to be free he said no its only the covid vaccine. I dont know if it's discrimination because im black but I didn't see anyone else turned away or give there insurance card for a flu shot.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Staff are always unfriendly, whether you go inside or drive thru it takes minimum 20/30 min, and 2x ive argued when they gave me the wrong prescription. They gave me muscular dystrophy medicine, and i had to argue that it was the wrong script lol....this place would be better off it just closed. THE WORST.

I'm going to have to agree with 90% of the people on here. I'm sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes now waiting for them to call me. They told me 15 minutes to let me know if they even had the product I need. I mean what the fuck? Sick people should be what you take care of first, not people who are in there to buy cat food or milk. Hands-down the worst Walgreens experience I've ever had in my life. I won't come here to buy a postage stamp after this.

The absolute worse. They never answer the phone (literally 25 minutes after calling I just gave up), and they are backordered for the most basic supplies, like a nebulizer for a baby.

I've never had a prescription filled without me having to call ahead or wait 25 minutes at the drive through. The pharmacists don't do their job. You have to poke and prod at them for a script to actually get filled. It's incredibly frustrating. Happens every single time
