I was interested in a car they had in inventory after being showed it by my girlfriend and her manager who knows the owner on a professional level. Initial impressions weren't bad, ran into some issues with the deal (not a fault of there's). The weekend had come and gone and I was attempting to reach out today with the ability to possibly work something out, but to no answer. Come to find out they weren't answering my calls, but telling my business about the deal to my girlfriends manager. Why would you not reach out to me about my own business but tell my situation to a "stranger" who I don't know? Even if I was able to go through the process now I wouldn't solely off that. Very unprofessional unfortunately.

Please, take the car to a service center to check it before you buy it. don't believe all the good reviews (might be fabricated). This place is owned and managed by a person that looks and sounds professional and trustworthy. But, god forbid, if you have a problem with the car -even within days of the purchase- you will see his real personality and attitude.
Here's a proof of what I am saying about the trustworthiness.
He used to right reviews to himself.

I bought a Volvo V60 wagon from here and absolutely love it. The car is clean, runs well, and has some luxury features. They also have the best price for these nice cars. Jeff and Cathy are friendly, easy to work with, and willing to help. They offered us rides from and to the train station so we didn't have to walk for 50 minutes. Would definitely come again for service!

Jeff was excellent....the absolute best car experience I have ever had in over 35 yrs ...He was professional and no haggling. The price is the price but the price is HARD to beat. When I saw the car I wanted and saw the price and miles. I did a nationwide carfax search and I found only 3 cars in the whole nation. Then I was like why is the car so low, let me check the Carfax ,....came back crystal clean. Upon calling Jeff and ask him about the car he said it was in immaculate condition and upon my arrival to my delight the car was in IMMACULATE CONDITION....I 1000% would recommend Jeff and his dealership Thank you Jeff for making it so easy. Most people hate the car buying experience this was actually a pleasure

I went there to see a car, walk in to talk about a better price if possible Owner had a very rude attitude and didn’t appreciating my business. I was shocked when I heard his answer saying that i can always go higher on price. I would never recommend this place to anyone or go there ever again. 26 years in business without communication skills.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After having my car for less than a year I've put over $5,000 in a car that was supposed to be in perfect condition. I had to stop getting work done on it since the underbody is completely rusted out and Volvo told me it wasn't worth it. So thank you Jeff.

The owners, Kathy and Jeff LaPoff, are friendly and prices are very fair. I have purchased vehicles from them as well as service on my Mercedes and Volvo.
