I love the convenience it brings to customers to easily pack their own returns, without the complexities of having to package returns. The UPS location in Dunellen, NJ is very clean, organized and their tech is modern and always working which I very much appreciate. The staff is always willing to help as well when needed. “I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.”
