The Pharmacy team goes out of their way to make sure you’re cared for. Even though it is a part of a large company you are seen as an individual.
I have been a faithful customer Rite Aid in Parlin since I moved to Middlesex County in 2019. I used to work as a pharmacy tech when I was in college and I know how difficult it is to fill prescriptions, call doctors offices, and deal with the public. If you choose to go to a store as busy as this one than you have to be ready to be patient and prepared. I have seen people yell at the pharmacists, techs, and associates for things that are out of their control. The pharmacist can’t fill a prescription YOUR doctor didn’t eScribe. The team will go above and beyond for any patient. I’ve witnessed it on multiple occasions. People who review this team poorly are living in a world where everything should revolve around them. If you go to a busy pharmacy you need to communicate with the team. If you need something done quickly and have a legitimate reason, the pharmacy team will do everything in their power to get it done.

I have tried to contact this drug store several times a day due to receiving my medications from this drug store, and the phone just rings and rings. I do not understand why a worker never answers the phone in the Pharmacy. We, the customers want information regarding our medications. I like the workers and the pharmacist, but why don' they answer their phones? SMH

There is always an issue at this pharmacy. They never do their jobs when they’re supposed, you always have to tell them to do something instead of them just doing it. They will let a prescription just sit there if it requires them to do work. I shouldn’t have to tell a pharmacy to contact a drs office or use an insurance/prescription plan that is already on file. If something doesn’t work the first time, they will contact you and tell you to fix the problem rather than try to fix the problem themselves with the information they already have. They NEVER answer the phone, my drs office has tried reaching out to them multiple times today and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. When you go in person, it is completely dead and they ignore you and acct like you’re bothering them when they go to help you. I left a private owned pharmacy to come to this one, and I will be going back to a private owned once again because corporate pharmacies are the absolute worst.

The absolute worst drug store! They never answer their phones! What is up with this drug store? They do not value their customers and it is such a shame. I could go on and on but what is the use? Nothin is going to change!

The pharmacy team here is simply amazing! The pharmacist Chinyere helped me today by calling the doctor to switch my son’s medicine to a much cheaper alternative. The thing is, I didn’t even ask her to do so. She did so on her own (even though it is adding to her workload) out of the goodness of her heart and her care for her patients. What a kind soul. And Zita is always so kind and friendly at checkout at well! What a great team and amazing pharmacy!

i dont think I've ever been to a slower pharmacy. They clearly don't care about customer care about doing anything in a timely manner. Don't go here.

Impossible to get them on the phone. I've been calling for 2 hours. This is the last time I ever have a doctor send a prescription there.
