Wow! Totally impressed with the excellent service today. I was in town from Baltimore area and was having issues with my car. Was told by a local well know auto franchise that the issue I was experiencing was caused by faulty camshaft sensor.
I was referred to Mr Pak of Prestige Auto and the amazing referral reviews were spot on!
Mr. Pak was very professional. You can see how he truly cares for the customer. He explained everything to be done to my car found the cause of the problem.
He examined and cleaned the sensor in question and informed me about the noted sensor issues with the 2020 Chevy Equinox vehicles to watch for.
I was so happy and glad to find an honest mechanic who truly cares about his customers. I’ll be back for all my car service needs.

I would not recommend this place for you auto repair. They are more expensive than a dealership itself. First, they did a diagnosis on my car and I agreed to get it repaid after finding the issue but they still charged me for diagnostics additional.

This guy is full of stories. I took my audi, my toyota, and my chevy and every time he overcharged me. Then has the nerve to lie to me about the undercarriage of my toyota. He took it off and never got me a new one claiming it's on back order for about 5 months now. I asked him not to remove my old one until he gets a new one he did it anyway. Unprofessional and full of excuses a d high prices.

Amazing service!I had a problem with my car's transmission and 2 other mechanics couldnt identify the source of the issue.Prestige readily found the issue and explained it 2 me in words i could understand. I really appreciated this because im not very car literate.
