Waste of money and time salon. They dont know anything about haircut just sitting there with scissors and trimers in hand to make you look like a fool. Specially this lady her name is Alexis

I asked to do something and the girl named Alexis did something else. She spoiled the hair. And then kept mumbling the whole service and then when I asked her manager to explain her. She started defending her staff politely. If they keep defending her staff specially Alexis , they will keep loosing on their valuable customers. When I came in previous customer was also telling something about the same girl . I thought maybe the customer is cribbing. But then after my service I realised it’s not the customer but this lady Alexis , one of the staff there. She doesn’t wanna listen to you and just keeps going on instead of understanding customers need

I had my haircut appointment with Alexis and was skilled, professional taken the time to answer my questions. This is the only hair cut place I trust with my hair . Been going here since 2016 nov and be coming back soon !

Took my daughter to get her hair cut. Very nice place, great customer service. Very friendly atmosphere. And the lady Heather did a great job on my daughter's hair☺️

Im very dissapointed. Took my daughter to get a haircut and she ended up crying. I specifically told the lady “Lilly” my daughter wanted to keep the length of her hair, and she just wanted a few inches cut off from the ends of her hair. My daughter has curly hair and she even showed her she wanted her hair length to be below her shoulders. The lady kept rushing throughout the consultation. I even told her to please be cautious and only cut a few inches, since last time she got a haircut somewhere else, they chopped her hair off and cut it way too short.
Unforunately for us, it happened all over again. She cut my daughter’s hair way too short and didn’t follow what we asked her to do. Instead of cutting her ends, she ended up cutting a bunch of her hair off and her length ended up being up to her neck. When we walked into the salon, my daughter’s hair length was under her waist.
My daughter was furious and wouldn’t stop crying after leaving this salon. I don’t understand why it was so hard for this person to abide by what we asked her, especially after reminding her twice to please keep her hair length and only cutting a few inches. She did the total opossite, and instead kept rushing throughout the whole process and seemed careless about my daughter’s hair.
My daughter is 15 years old and im so mad that she is embarrassed to go back to school with that horrible haircut she got from this place. Will never go back here, nor do I recommend people to ever get a haircut with this person Lilly. She doesn’t follow directions and rushes carelessly. My daughter walked in having her hair length under her waist line and walked out having it up to her neck. Im extremely furious since I specifically asked her to keep her length and only cut a few inches off her ends. I want my money back.

The worst place, the worst experience, Katlyn doesn't know how to cut hair, I went for a short cut and she ruined my hair, I don't know why I didn't read all the bad reviews before, I think this place should be close down.

If they don’t take people passed 7:30 (when I walked in) they should adjust their hours from closed at 8/9pm. Walking in before close isn’t ideal, but was just looking for a quick trim.

Both the hairdresser and the cashier were rude and inconsiderate. I arrived with my toddler a little late but within their "grace" period and they refused to take him without having anyone else in their salon. I see patients all the time that are 15min late or more and I still extend them this courtesy. Would not recommend this place due to lack of professionalism and manners.

based on the reviews i came in a few weeks ago hoping to get exactly what i asked for which was straitening my curly hair and just cutting an inch, and having it last for a while, this lady cut so much off , i had to wear a hat for a week. not only did she butcher my hair, the keratin treatment burned my hair :( im horrified, and 2 weeks later my hair is wavy again . unbelievable!!! i was literally ripped off and the staff in this salon got an attitude problem thinking they all that. they rip you off with extra charges, and have a nasty comment if you do not leave a tip " they think" they deserve. when you come up to leah the blonde hair woman in the front which i think is the Boss with googly eyes and blonde hair looking like baby yoyo claiming there are NO REFUNDS, and no redo's even though i explained her the situation... how nasty is this place with staff who do not how to welcome or talk to people. im not coming back, i was just in the city that day, think before you let someone do your hair in this salon!!

Awesome service and great staff! All of my questions were answered with professionalism. The location was very clean and the stylist gave me her undivided attention. Sayrebrook Hair Cuttery is an excellent location and would recommend it to all.
