“I absolutely love this gym. The friends I have made and the muscle gains have been phenomenal. People greet you on the way in and some have given tips that have helped me achieve my goals. The staff and trainers are always available and do not hunt you down but always make themselves available to help, answer questions and train. Wouldn't give this up at all.”
“After I learned RWJ Old Bridge was closing I wasn’t sure where to go.I’m glad I signed up for The Aquatics & Fitness Center. Staff is extremely friendly, site is very clean and Chis is an amazing and motivating Personal Trainer. Also, can’t complain of the price.With the increase of members I know it willtake time to make adjustments to amount of equipment and adding classes to accommodate.Only cons that I see needing improvement:- Increasing classes and setting a max number of people to a class. I took a Core class on a Saturday and was up against the wall and very close to another member. Was afraid of bumping into her.- More bundle options for Personal Training. Right now you can only buy month to month and sessions expire that month. If options were offered for more sessions with a longer shelf life I would totally buy it.- Pilates: loved that RWJ offered everything in one spot for me. Made it convenient for my schedule. Anyways would be great to get reformers but there’s no knows space at the gym that could have a private area for it. At minimum a floor Pilates group class would be wonderful.”

“Came to Isabella fitness for a drop in class and was instantly welcomed by coach Ben and fellow members of Isabella. Their facility was organized, clean, and equipped appropriately. It was a great atmosphere to be a part of. I’ll be back soon!!”
