There pharmacy is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I left 3 scripts there at 3pm. One for pain as I had just had oral surgery. It is now 740pm and it's still not ready plus nobody picks up the phone there! This has happened numerous times! I wish we had a CVS in Sayreville. They are so much better!

Absolute garbage pharmacy!!! Everything takes 3 times longer here. And the place just looks old and dirty. Your better off going literally anywhere else!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was on hold for the pharmacy for almost a hour. I don't know how only 3 callers can be ahead of me for so long. I need medicine for Covid and it took forever. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all!

Pharmacy is so bad that i cannot describe it. dropped prescription this morning, i was asked to provide my ID because it was required for it, no one told me it is out of stock. asked me to come back in 2 hr. 6 hr later i get notified that they are out of stock, asked me to call them. Called 5 times, no one answered. i will not step my foot in this store again.

Literally stood in line 30 mins for a flu shot to be told if I don't have insurance I have to pay $57 for a flu shot. I asked the pharmacist how when it supposed to be free he said no its only the covid vaccine. I dont know if it's discrimination because im black but I didn't see anyone else turned away or give there insurance card for a flu shot.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Staff are always unfriendly, whether you go inside or drive thru it takes minimum 20/30 min, and 2x ive argued when they gave me the wrong prescription. They gave me muscular dystrophy medicine, and i had to argue that it was the wrong script lol....this place would be better off it just closed. THE WORST.

The drive thru pharmacy is atrocious. There was only 1 car at the window when I arrived & it took 28 mins until I got to move up. I understand it's due to staffing shortages, but come on. Worst part is there's no other way out when you're in between cars. The worst!

I'm going to have to agree with 90% of the people on here. I'm sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes now waiting for them to call me. They told me 15 minutes to let me know if they even had the product I need. I mean what the f**** Sick people should be what you take care of first, not people who are in there to buy cat food or milk. Hands-down the worst Walgreens experience I've ever had in my life. I won't come here to buy a postage stamp after this.

If I had to give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst Walgreens I have ever came across. The customer service is horrific. The drive through is ALWAYS slow. I've called multiple times for the pharmacy and they always put me on hold, it rings then goes on hold again or I actually hear someone pick up and then they put it on hold again. It's really unprofessional for the staff to not do their job because everyone is not capable of going to the pharmacy just to check if there medication is ready or have an important question for the pharmacist. There's no help, for the company to still run their business like this is not okay. It's as if the employees are not thrilled to want to help customers.

I've never had a prescription filled without me having to call ahead or wait 25 minutes at the drive through. The pharmacists don't do their job. You have to poke and prod at them for a script to actually get filled. It's incredibly frustrating. Happens every single time

Avoid using this Walgreens pharmacy. It is trash. The pharmacists are extremely useless and slow. They have don't care for people's times. There are always issues with this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy around. Regularly takes 3 or more days to fill a simple prescription. Wait on hold for over an hour and get disconnected. Stay away from this pharmacy.

This is the most terrible pharmacy I have ever experienced. Long lines. Long wait times. Back ordered drugs. Long wait times on the phone. No notifications for my prescriptions being ready. They rarely are. They canceled my booster shot but failed to call me about it. IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS PLEASE GO F**K YOURSELF.
