Just completed foundations with Derek and I learned so much!! He was such a good coach & he answered all my questions and now I feel prepared for the group classes! Very excited to start this journey!

I joined September 2024 and it has been great! The coaches are very motivated and care about us. I enjoyed the classes all the time. Let’s goooo 6:10!! 💪💪

Love this place I'm so glad I joined, I'm new to crossfit and the coaches and other members have made me feel right at home! If your thinking about joining i would recommend. I always use to go to the regular gym solo and couldn't push myself the way I do now in class!
