They don't have anywhere near the number of brick and mortar location as major banks like Chase or BofA, but they offer some solid personal banking solutions with either no fees or very easy ways to avoid them.

I love coming here because of the excellent service I receive from all the employees! I am always greeted with a smile and called by my name. I Love this Branch as well as the Old Bridge Branch. Columbia has two amazing Branches.

There’s always something wrong here. My card was messed up, then their change machine/coin counter didn’t work and I had to wait about 20 minutes to complete a transaction and now it broke down and won’t be fixed for a few days...

Great bank. It's a larger bank than the one near me in East Brunswick. I went to this one, because I needed to get some items out of my safe. The staff were friendly, and gave me the form to sign to get into the safe room. The East Brunswick one as far as I know does not have a safe room. I got my things, and another staff member quickly signed me out. It was a very quick experience!

Columbia Bank, Sayreville, has gone above and beyond to be helpful. No crazy fees, free checking,etc... They are alot like the way banks use to be. Simple, helpful,minimal to no fees. Love them!! P.s. I almost always see the same smiling faces everytime I'm there. Thats nice. Great job Columbia Bank Sayreville!
