This bank is very antiquated from top to bottom. No customer service available on weekends/holidays via phone, even for lost card. No service such as Zelle/Venmo. No alerts available for charges to your account for certain amount of money. Waited 20+ minutes in drive through with one customer ahead of me. No one came on camera to tell me there was a problem or delay in bank. Rang teller button several times with no one responding to my call. When I finally got waited on, I was voicing my complaints and teller turned off camera before I was done. So upset, went into bank. Was told teller buzzer not working. Questioned why no signage? Why did teller not come to tell me there was an issue going on to ease my concerns and rising blood pressure after waiting 20 minutes. I was told no signage because it blows away. They did apologize but did nothing to accept their poor customer service and what they would do to prevent from happening to next customer. Very blasé attitude. They made it seem as if it was my problem and not theirs. Manager was of no help, condescending. Probably why her staff has the same attitudes.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve would’ve gotten better assistance from a non running 1975 Buick.

Have been a client with Amboy Bank since it's opening and have NEVER had an issue with their service. I especially have had wonderful experiences with most of their employees at the Washington Road, Parlin location. But my favorites will always Donna Kukta (no longer at this location) and Teri (Branch Manager?). They have always went above and beyond what was necessary.

They were always very helpful but I think they lost a good customer. When online banking came around few years back they charged 10.00 / month. When I approached them with my business account and I wanted free online billpay like they had at Sovereign Bank, now Santander, they said no can do. I said well I'm sorry I've been a customer for many years and I will have to close my account... they had no problem with that. I must have been a customer for 10-20 years and it's their loss I am very happy with Santander Bank.
