John was our sales rep and he even came in on his day off when we came to pick it up to make sure we were taken care of. So excited about my camper. Thank you!

My husband and I bought a brand new camper from here. Paperwork was quick and easy. Had a great experience dealing with everyone. Eric did our walk through of the camper and was very informative and patient. He interacted with our kids and made everyone laugh and feel comfortable. Our kids kept talking about Eric even after we left. Those are the impressions that last a lifetime. Thank you RV Meyers!

This is a great company! They are willing to work with you and help you get something you'll be happy with unfortunately do to my job I wasn't able to complete a deal with them but they communicate well and will take care of you! Highly recommend.

We bought a brand new keystone hideout from this business. The sales person was nice but brand new. She didn't know a lot. Once we finished the financing portion, we got to work with whatever sales team tries to sell you add-ons for your RV. The woman we worked with, Rosie, was really nice while she was trying to sell us stuff. We asked about getting a few extra things and she recommended $2100 worth of stuff that we "absolutely need", like a spare battery. All of these things seemed reasonable to us, having never been in an RV before. Ok, so the day we go to pick up our RV, they're supposed to go thru the entire RV with us and show us how it works. We notice during the demo there are holes in the awning and scratches on the door. They said they would contact the manufacturer. So we leave there and they're supposed to give us our "starter kit", which you need to hook up, sewer, water, power.... We get to our campsite, 2 hrs away and there is no kit. We can't hook up anything! I call the place and ask them if they could send someone to bring us these items. They said no, you'll have to come pick it up. I explained that this was not our mistake and could they please fix their mistake? That's when they got Rosie on the phone with me. She explained there was no one to bring us these items but that if we come pick up the kit she would give us an upgrade on it. So we drive 4 hours and pick up our kit. About a month later we called to ask about the repairs from the manufacturer to the awning and the door. Rosie tells us that the manufacturer suggested they use awning tape. This is a brand new RV that is going to be taped!!! Supposedly they were still waiting to hear from the manufacturer about the door. Considering we purchased a brand new RV, this was not acceptable to us.

We had a great experience working with everyone at Meyer’s in Branchville, NJ. We would like to acknowledge the superior service and support provided by Erick, Bec and Liam during our demo and helping us to get the properly rated hitch for our new rv. Even though it was busy, they all went above and beyond in helping us and making sure everything was all set before we left. After this experience, we recommend this location for anyone looking for a new rv!

If I could could give no stars, I would. My husband and I purchased an RV from this dealership at a RV show last February (2023). We have been getting the run around ever since. There were several cosmetic repairs that needed to be fixed. These were all brought to the attention of our sales rep Doug. From a huge scratch on the main door to missing stickers to a huge dent on the outdoor kitchen (which was attempted to be hidden by a sticker) to a gouge in the wood on an indoor cabinet to the table being crooked, we were told that they would be fixed no problem. Now mind you, this was all on a brand new camper. It was not used. We went our whole camping season last year not too worried about it, but still going back and forth with them since it was only cosmetic and nothing major. We were told that everything would be covered under warranty while we not only went back and forth with Doug, but also the parts rep Siedha. Come August of last year, we reached out again. At this time we were told that everyone in the parts department was fired and a whole new staff was brought in because the previous employees were either not sending orders through, losing them, or just not writing them at all. We were asked to email pictures of all the defects. When we did, we came to realize that none of the employees they said were fired, actually were. This was the beginning of the long list of lies we were told. So we emailed all the pictures to Siedha. We had to constantly reach out to try and get any answers. Their famous line is "We will call you back." When they in fact do not. Fast forward to February 24th of this year, we went to the location to try and get some answers. At this point we even considered trading it in on a new one, when it didn't work we ended up dropping our camper off on February 28th for the repairs to hopefully be done. To this day, they still have our camper. We have had to cancel 2 camping trips already this year. We have another one planned May 31st-June 2nd and more than likely will have to cancel this one too. We have called several times and spoke to the sales manager Mark. Every time we would talk to him, he would say "I will get right back to you." Of course, he did not. When we would call to follow up, we are consistently told, he is out of the office for the next 3-4 days. When we were finally able to get a hold of him, he actually admitted that he forgot about us. He never looked into our situation at all. My husband finally spoke to the finance manger James who seems to be more helpful than the rest, but again its been 3 months and we still don't have our camper. It also is still winterized so before we can even think about going on another trip, that has to be done.
If you are even considering this location, don't. My in laws also purchased a camper around the time we did, but they went to Alpin Haus. They haven't had one issue. I wished we would have done the same.
Because Meyer's consistently screwed us over and lied to us, they ruined our relationship with them and the whole camping experience for us.

We picked up our new trailer from Meyers RV in Branchville NJ May 1st! Great experience! Demo Dan was the best. Complete and thorough in going through the trailer with us. Laurie, James, John and Brandon did a fantastic job with all other aspects of the sale! Thank you to all! Trailer towed great back to South Dakota. That's right we went all the way to NJ to buy a trailer from Meyers RV! They are the BEST!

Stopped by for their open house, and was shown quite a few travel trailers. We found a Grand Design Transend and decided to purchase. James Riccardi and James the manager were great to work with. No -pressure, easy going, and matter of fact. Sales staff were great, and Paul in service did a fine job showing us all the features of the unit when we picked it up . Well done, and we love our new camper!

We just bought our 2024 Coachmen Catalina Trailblazer 29ths from Meyer RV in Branchville and the experience was so easy and pleasant. We worked with John C in sales, John in finance and Demo Dan for our walkthrough. everyone was so helpful and informative. Demo Dan was so thorough and wonderful at explaining EVERY detail of our camper and showing us exactly how everything worked. He really took his time with us. Would definitely recommend!

I just purchased a new Brinkley Fifth Wheel from the Branchville, NJ. location. John was a great salesman, so easy going and no pressure. John the finance manager did a great job getting me the best interest rate and made the paperwork go smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an rv or motor home. Honest pricing and an all around pleasant experience.
