Walked in without an appointment...oops! But no one reprimanded me. ? Filled out very easy forms. Waited in line maybe 10 minutes. Clerk at window extremely nice. Waited another 5 minutes for my new registration, paid and left! Very pleasant. In and out in under 1/2 hour. Painless.
