I find the Saddle Brook Visions branch lacking in customer service and policy consistency. Tellers should be required to ask for the same information for each deposit and they do not. This is time consuming and not helpful.

Avoid this branch and the bank like the plague. I moved recently and the address on my ID is obviously the old address. I carried secondary id, proof of address i.e utility bill, cable bill and statements from another bank with the current address. They GLEEFULLY and with CONTEMPT refused to let me deposit money in to my own account. I even carried my military id. Please stay away from this bank especially this branch. Take your business elsewhere.

It was my first time visiting a credit union. I went for "shared branch" services meaning, I'm not a direct member/customer. It was a slower day. As I entered, I was immediately approached by a super smiling friendly associate because I think she detected that I was new or lost. She asked me how she could help. She directed me to the teller. Since I was performing a "shared branch" transaction, I needed to provide my member card and a driver's license for a deposit and I was done. So why the four stars well, yeah, I understand it's "bank policies" however, I see a very dangerous/strong possibility for possible identity theft. The deposit receipt displays "Photo ID" followed by my driver's license number, expiration date, and last four of my SSN. My full name is printed above as "Base Acct." That all is a MASSIVE opportunity for identity theft if that receipt falls out of a person's hands/pocket or is thrown away in a local trash container. Management should really get that addressed! I wanted to give fewer stars due to this MASSIVE possible ID theft issue however, the staff seem nice however, someone needs to step up and remove key pieces of information from the receipt. "We're just following policy" is not a good enough excuse risking others' ID details. I can't believe that such an oversight exists. Will I stop visiting, no however, I'm going to protect those receipts until I photograph it then discard it into my crisscross home shredder. I was just testing the "Shared Branch" deposit experience. I hope someone addresses this issue ASAP! Overall, all the representatives seem extra friendly and seem ready to make a great impression. I did go to a second different named "shared branch" and I preferred Vision because I didn't have to fill out a deposit slip with so much information. All the information is on the driver's license and membership card that one hands over. Would I go back and recommend for "shared branch" services, yes. Not filling out a deposit slip and risking a second document with sensitive data allowed me to give it four stars. If Visions can get the sensitive ID information removed from the receipt, I could give it five stars. PROTECT YOUR RECEIPT!!!

My wife applied for an auto loan yesterday right before they closed and today within 24 hours we drove off in our car. Tiffany was very nice and helpful with opening our account and then Ruben was a great, humble and STRAIGHT FORWARD didn’t make us waste any time.We got a GREAT rate for a used car and I’m taking my savings out of TD bank and putting them here for my future home purchase. Don’t hesitate to walk in here for your banking needs!! Ask for Ruben! Everyone was great here even the woman who greets you and directs you to the person that will help you!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Over the past two weeks I've been to this specific location a couple times and they were both horrible experiences. I'm in the process of purchasing my father in laws home and the excitement I began with has been so dimmed by the two individuals I've dealt with at this location- Carla and Ruben. Both times I went the dimeanor and judgement I felt from them is absolutely degrading to say the very least. Let me humbly remind you that you are in the field of CUSTOMER SERVICE and without the customers (that hopefully haven't all been made to feel the way I have) you wouldn't be in business. I will absolutely be changing locations. This branch should look to rehire or retrain the individuals currently in place. I was in banking for years and from the body language to the actual service provided its an absolute disgrace.

Excellent customer service and communication. I really appreciate the time and effort they take with each customer. My local branch is so-so. Glad this branch is on my commute home so I can bank here in person when needed. Well done, keep up the great work!

This is an excellent credit union. The service here far exceeds the average bank or credit union. The service that is given to every client that walks through the door is on the level of service given to private, high net worth clients. There is never a wait, or line. No crowds, the service is amazing, all the tellers are very friendly. It is a shared branch. However due to the excellent service. I am thinking of opening an account with this bank. They have locations locations in NY, and NJ. They have tons of great banking products. You can thank me later for sharing this awesome branch.

My wife was denied the ability to make a withdrawal from her shared account because she had an out of state drivers license. We spoke to the general manager in this branch and she told us that
those are their rules. She advised us to go to another branch. Vision credit union just lost a customer, we will not do business with them, nor recommend them to anybody as well. They are the worst.
