I needed additional Ethernet cables to expand my home office network. After doing some research, I chose Smartech Cables based on their reasonable prices and positive reviews. Alex was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific needs. He recommended a Cat6 cable as the best option for my setup.
The products arrived quickly in sturdy packaging. I was immediately impressed by the high quality of the cables and connectors. Setup was seamless - the cables work flawlessly and I've experienced no connectivity issues.

I just purchased my first 1000' of plenum cat 6 white to start installing a customer's network. The cable feels great and sturdy. I am appreciative that they have the option for the full copper, which is what I purchased. This company is one of the best in connecting with customers and staying in touch with them. I was contacted the day after I made the purchase to ensure everything was going good. I appreciate great customer service as I did it for 6 years.

NY Cables/Smartech Cables has great customer service and follow up with a great selection of products. They are my "go to" company for cabling, but look to them first when looking for a non typical item before looking anywhere else. They typically ship the same day. Not a good experience on return and refund. Placed an order for CAT6 and made mistake so need to exchange for Plenum CAT6, must pay for shipping back, which OK, but then nonsense rules on new shipping charges, restoking, banking fees, ect, ect and when asked simply tojust refund, again nonsense about 5-7 days delay, fees for this and that and nothing for few days. When told them that will write negative review, been told that will get refund by end of the day, and yet another day and nothing. So, if you want to avoid this type of headache and some weird, long emails from them, w weird explanations and T&C, find other company to deal with.

Very first order, their website says what im buying is a 23 AWG solid Cat 6 1ft patch cable. Receive cables and they are all 24 AWG. I knew it was too good to be true, I probably wont order from there again. They lied to me.

When I recently decided to upgrade my home network I went looking for bulk boxes of cable. The big box stores have plenty of choices, but I was not happy with the quality of the cables. While suitable for a quick patch cable or two, I really wanted something rugged to future proof my house. I decided on a 1000' box of 23/4 CAT6 Plenum cable from Smarttech and have been very satisfied. It's a well made, sturdy, yet not difficult cable to work with. The shipping was super fast, and everything arrived well protected. When I finish this box I will definitely be giving them my business again.
