I cannot put into words how thankful I am to have found Maria as a realtor. From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial phone conference and she immediately picked up on what my needs were and she was so happy to help with a personable and positive outlook. I felt like I knew her for years just in the first minutes of speaking. Not even an hour after our initial meet and greet she calls me and tells me she has something for me to see. Same night I went to see the first listing she gave me and boom next day I signed the lease. I couldn’t believe she had me in an apartment less than 12 hours of our initial meeting !!! How often can you say that about your real estate agent?On top of everything else, Maria guided me through the entire process explaining everything in detail and in easy broken down steps. Besides her sharp professionalism and attention to detail, she brought personality, humor, and levity to our conversations.
