From the beginning -- B4 the beginning, really -- Angelo was attentive, sophisticated, patient, helpful advising on preparation of the property for sale, bringing in Corcoran's affiliate offering advances for modest renovation, able to deal with the roller-coaster of COVID, predicting optimum offering price, holding to that price over many intervening months, preparing prospective offerors in the locality, eliciting serious offers immediately upon listing, surviving loss of the first top offer, substituting another immediately, bringing in the perfect law firm for closing, going to contract and closing in minimal time, compensating for all the seller's (my) own failings, and generally MAKING THE WHOLE PROCESS GO AS SMOOTHLY AS IT POSSIBLY COULD HAVE.The sale closed AT the offering price, on Nov 9, 2023. Though the review I wrote initially did not go thru properly, and this version is being submitted more than seven (7) weeks later, I could not have been more satisfied with the performance of Angelo and his firm. They have my unqualified recommendation, and I'd be pleased to use them anytime, should I ever need their services again.”
