I call them for assistance, a man who doesn't speak English well answered and I tried explaining that I needed help with something. He didn't understand what I was saying and hung up. I called back two more times and he hung up. I proceeded to talk to him in Spanish and when it seemed like we were getting somewhere he hung up and proceeded to block my phone number. I called them because they were the ones who installed my new tires. Never had an issue with the tires but come to find out they basically stripped my lug nuts tightening them with a gun rather than to the proper torque specs. As a result I now have to spend $150 to tow my truck when I could have taken the tire off myself and have it fixed. Very unprofessional customer service and apparently a rushed job.

They have bad customer service, I bought a brand new tire and the rubber is barely 2 months old and they didn't want to change it. I don't recommend anyone go to that business.

Very bad place to go, they do not deliver what they promise and only damage your car. My sensors turned on, don't go to the wrong place.
