I absolutely had the best experience working with Krissy at Kimbridge Florist. I wanted to send an arrangement for my sister to make her day, she loves carnations, but I didn't really see any bouquets that I loved. I did a google search and decided to call Kimbridge (09/25) with questions on customizing an arrangement I found on their website. I was able to speak to Krissy the florist; she was very patient, informative, very detailed in answering my questions, and made suggestions regarding the balance of colors for the arrangement. I placed my order for delivery today, and as promised they were delivered on time. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and my sister is so in love, everyone at her workplace thinks she has a secret admirer ?. I would definitely recommend their services, and I look forward to ordering again. Thank you so much.

This is my second time buying flowers here and I am very happy. However, the woman who helped me today was unpleasant. The man behind the counter was a gem! I walked in today at about 2:15 PM not realizing that they closed at three. All I asked for was three $15 bouquets and specified certain colors for just one and let them run with the other two. They came out beautiful! The woman was unfriendly and very short when she took my order. She stated that it would take about 15 minutes. Not an issue as I expected to wait like last time (the woman and man who helped me my first time were amazing as well). Upon my return, the nice man rang me up and we struck up a conversation. I expressed my gratitude and thanked them both - she didn’t even crack a smile or look at me from what I could tell. I appreciated the beautiful bouquets, but not her lack of customer service. This won’t deter me and I will return because this place is amazing and it deserves 5 stars regardless. I always kill with kindness.

Honestly I was driving around and I need to buy my Wife some flowers for her birthday. Stopped into Kimbridge and WOW!! The flowers are beautiful and the staff is amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Kimbridge florist had a beautiful assortment of flowers for my grandma's wake. During this challenging time, our family found some comfort in seeing the gorgeous display of flowers surrounding her. Thank you very much to Krissy and the rest of the Kimbridge Florist team.

I’d give more stars if I could!!! My boyfriend gets weekly flowers from here for me and they are always so so soooo beautifully done. They take my breath away every time and always last so long and always smell wonderful, I end up having 2-3 bouquets at a time! I can’t recommend them enough! The absolute best!!

I just had the most WONDERFUL experience ordering flowers and gifts to be sent to a Loved one! Krissy was delightful to speak with, kind, patient and Exceedingly Helpful! She understood what I wanted and I feel confident that the flower arrangement, balloon, card and gifts will make an OUTSTANDING PRESENTATION! Kim-bridge attempted to deliver my flower order within 2-1/2 hours from when I placed it. Unfortunately, the recipient was not not home at the time of their arrival. The folks from Kim-bridge reached out to me for a number to contact the recipient to schedule a later delivery. First class customer service by Kristen. I would highly recommend using this organization for all your floral needs.
