Horizon has great customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products. Whenever we need help or assistance they come to the office within 24 hours. We ended up going with Horizon because our old copier company would miss appointments or were never available when we needed them. We have never had a problem when dealing with Horizon. I highly recommend them

Whoever was working here on October 3rd at 11:30-11:45 AM assaulted me and put there hands on me. Police were called and the offender wasn’t even honest with the cops. Not good people, not honest, don’t give them any business

Horizon office equipment and Copy Center did an amazing job on a brochure I needed. Time is of the essence and they did it while I waited. Wonderful customer service and good quality.

I have never had a home repair technician as professional, knowledgable, and thorough as Mike. He knew our home office HP color laser printer backwards and forwards and took the time to test everything about the problem scanner before he came to the conclusion it had to be replaced. He came back and now the re-conditioned scanner works as it should. Mide is smart, trustworthy, and gracious. What more can one ask? Thanks Mike!

We have had Horizon as our Printing Technicians for 10 years and the service is fantastic. We bought a Plotter and Copier from them and have been outstanding additions to our office. Mo, the operations manager, is knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend them.
