Variety variety ! They had everything I was looking for online and more with better prices. Very easy going and helpful staff I dealt with Naji and Alex . They took their time helping me decide and getting me the best prices . Delivery was extremely fast and professional As well. ??????

FRAUD!!! Don’t SHOP HERE!!! You pay for one thing, wait over a month while my card is being charged every 2 weeks just to received the wrong model!!! Paid $60 cash for a delivery that’s 5min away & was informed the driver brings it inside my home which I confirmed it’s a 2ND FLR!!! That was false & 5 big heavy boxes were left outside where it took 5 of us (4 teens & myself) just to lift the heaviest box that contains the dresser. Soon as we unboxed dresser and headboard, my daughter noticed it was the wrong model & color. I called Lucy right away to complain, even texted her images of what she wanted vs what was delivered. I personally showed up, Lucy was off & Alex tried arguing that he ordered correct model & there’s nothing he can do. I told him to pull the cameras the day of sale, where my daughter and I specified with Lucy the floor model, color and size bed. He claimed only the owner has access to the cameras. I asked to speak to the owner & he stated he can’t provide his name or number. I asked Alex to reach out to owner while I was present & he refused. Told Alex I want an exchange or to cancel the entire order, said that he can’t do either. I asked when will the owner be in and said he has no idea and claimed he will have him call me. I told him I don’t want to wait a month for a call & I will be reaching out to my lawyer. This place does not care to correct their mistakes since they received full payment of $1400 from the Snap loan department!!! My teen daughter Zelled them $300 difference not covered by the loan. My daughter called them almost every day for a status of delivery and kept getting a runaround. It’s not fair that she has to suffer emotionally for over a month just to be highly disappointed & stressed!!!!!

Customer service related businesses are not easy to deal with at time... keeping in mind all the aspects of finalizing an order from both the customer and representative especially when delivery is required isn't an easy thing to do...Time synchronization scheduling from and with a number of people ...and assembly of items... "Home Base" was above expectations in handling all of the above. The furniture purchased (bedroom set) was and is stunning / solid wood beautifully finished and assembled by their delivery team meticulously...I'm glad I went there and will return again...Thanks 'Alex' you were a true friend throughout the experience...and for the 'discount'...Will Return...

This is the absolute worst place to purchase from. The gentleman Alex does appear to offer great customer service. The reality is he is covering and telling lie after lies. I purchased 3 bedroom sets and a dining room set as we were moving to a new apartment. After a year my glass dining room table shattered which was most likely a small hair line cut that came with the item. I went and replaced the table because I could not hold them responsible. While purchasing the table my daughter brought a Bluetooth mirror. We had the mirror a few months and it stopped working. It took Alex 3 months to get a technician to my home whom did absolutely nothing. He didn't want to open the mirror because of liability. A month an a half later I get a call from the young lady Lucy whom I never did business with stating the company refused to do anything as too much time had gone by. I knew in advance they were giving me the run around. Might I add it took over a month for my home furniture orders to arrive which caused our move in date to be pushed back. I went to the store to request a refund because the order was taking so long. I was told id be charged 30 percent for refusing the order. I was forced to wait. The people who delivered told me they often have problems because again they aren't truthful with people. These are the worst people to shop from. Don't be fooled by them offering credit. There are more stores in the area that offer the same with far better prices. Alex appears to tey but again its part of the customer service game once they have your money. I'm so upset to have been taken advantage of this way. Read all the reviews. Had I read them I would have never shopped here.

Scammed by alex again this place is horrible they talk a good one never come through to fix the problems. The over up broken items with signs so that you can see them hide other parts by big rugs the know your not going to move. All of these broken things were hidden. When I got my living room set same thing. This place is not an honest place to shop.

Ok first of all I went a couple Mondays ago at 10 in the morning and they were closed thats fine so left and came back again I chose a bed room set and he gave me a price so I asked him if he can do better and gave him my number to call me back but he never did, I called the next day and he told me he didn't call me because this the final price and he took my number again to call me back and he never call back I call twice after that and spoke with lady there and she told me she will make sure he will call me but nothing until now I just feel bad for the owner because he lost a sale I was anyway going to purchase but I end up buying from different place

I just want to inform people to think twice before entering this store! Here I went in to buy a dining room and a TV stand, they told me that it would arrive in two weeks. I received a call telling me that the dining room would arrive on Monday, I called on Monday and they told me that it would not arrive because it did not have it. In the warehouse you go to choose something else! In short, I did not like anything else, only what I had ordered, they refuse to return the money and right now I am in a legal dispute with them, on the receipt that they give you it says that you have to pay 30% of the total amount purchase in case of rejecting the delivery that never arrived! More however they never made the delivery. People I learned a lot from this experience and I shared it to alert people who don't know how these people work. They steal legally because they are protected with the receipts they give us and we almost never take the time to read everything!

They literally cheated us, with a purchase of a bed. We didn't get what we wanted, too much money, super bad material (ordinary wood, which at any moment damages the bed, everything sounds bad) They don't have a word. They called us asking us to remove a bad opinion of them by promising us something else, which they also did not deliver on. They like to fool people. I don't recommend this place at all.
