We rented a van to bring my mom, who had a stroke a year and a half ago, out for Easter. When all other companies failed/were going to charge an astronomical, unethical price due to it being a holiday, FT Mobility were true, kind humans and did not price gauge - taking advantage of the holiday. That is why I will always use and highly recommend FT Mobility from now on whenever we take my mom out! Danielle was so professional and kind and made the whole experience a dream! 10/10 for me!

Most van prices hidden on website, so you have to “call” or go in person. Once they check you out, see what you might be worth, then they can give a price. No thanks. That is not right. The price should be posted for anyone to see. Now, reviews show that good service and all the rest, don’t know, and that would be dealt with in a different review, but there is NO legitimate reason to conceal the pricing until they size you up. Zero reasons.

This was my first time ever taking my mom out in a van and I had so much anxiety in the beginning. Danielle assured me that everything could be taken care of; including the removal of the front passenger seat to accommodate my mothers longer chair. The team gave me a tour of the vehicle(s) and Danielle went so far as send me a video tech functions for the van (opening doors, adjusting straps, etc). Definitely gives you that vote of confidence in using FT in the future/repeated basis.
