“Made a short-notice reservation for a box truck (I needed it the next day), the person on the phone helped me out, set me up with the exact size i wanted and we were able to pick it up at 9am. 19.99 rental plus cost per mile. had it for about 6 hours and the total came to just over $100. That's pretty good IMO - especially since I've had many problems in the past with places that say "we have it" and then I show up and they go "we don't have that size, but...."”

“?? So easy to rent a van, pickup truck or truck. Did my reservation online and had the option to check in/out using my phone. It was great. The only thing I would say, would be that what you're renting could definitely use a quick user guide. I'm talking about where you can find the basic functions, such as turning on and off the headlights, adjusting interior lighting. That is the one star I took off.”
