I am located in Bombay, India. I found Becker Autosound on google. Did a little fo my research on their website. I took the risk of sending my PCM all the way to the US by courier to an unknown enterprise. Now my PCM is back, fitted into my car, and believe me I am amazed by the work done by them, my whole PCM feels new, my car feels new, I pick up this car key for the smallest errands, and Becker Autosound has helped me get my glorious drives back again. (pictures attached before and after). Thank You Mr. Tom for the amazing work done by you'll. I recommend Becker Autosound to every Porsche owner who has PCM issues, it's worth the effort of sending and a total bang for the buck spent !!!

I don’t often write reviews however have to say Tom was absolutely terrific from start to finish. After a tremendous amount of research, I found Becker AutoSound is the only place in the country (perhaps the world) that could correctly swap the speed yellow radio faceplate for my 2004 Porsche 911. All emails and calls were responded to professionally and in a timely fashion. The quality of his work and prices cannot be beat. If you have a Porsche with a radio issue, look no farther.

If you have an issue with your car radio these are the guys. The people here were “very” helpful. They explained how they were converting my vintage radio in my old Mercedes to Bluetooth and when it would be done (which was on time). Even after I picked my radio, and I had a question they walked me through it. I highly recommend their service - knowledgeable and professional.

Be let was awesome to work with on the Bluetooth Adaptor for my 99 SL500. Totally rejuvenated the sound system. Shipped them the radio on a Wednesday. They called me the following Monday, told me the radio was in good shape after inspection, installed BT and the radio was back in my car and cranking music by Friday. Awesome company and service.

My experience with them was a nightmare! I ship my car radio as the four-digit security code no longer resets the ignition after I had replaced (as I have done other times) the car battery. I contact them and they tell me that there are no problems to fix the defect so I send the radio to New Jersey. I wait about a month and the radio returns to Italy and is promptly refitted on my Mercerdes SL. With great surprise, I realize that the 10 programmable AM & FM memories do not keep the frequencies inserted. I contact them to point out this and get no response, which is why I open a complaint with paypal. At that point they ask me if I am willing to send the radio back to them and I accept subordinating the shipping costs to them and those that will have to be incurred to send the radio back to the U.S.A. than those returning to Italy. After having ascertained the defect through a video made by me, they only offer the costs of returning to Italy and I would have had to pay for the shipment to the U.S.A. I would like to point out that the problem could not be solved in this way also because the Italian Customs would have made me pay back Duties and Taxes (which I would have paid anyway) and therefore at least for the transport costs they would have had to pay them.No response followed. I conclude by saying that my experience was also negative the rare communications and I do not understand why once the radio was unlocked they did not re-enable the code, returning the radio to its original factory condition but disabled it permanently. For them, customer satisfaction is certainly not a priority!

I own 2010 S550 my radio stop working I went and i spoke to Tom i ask if he test my amp he told me right away yes he check and told me amp is not good then I ask how long it take to fixed 2 weeks now I'm happy my radio is working 100% I RECOMMEND BECKER. thank you Tom.

Dropped off my Becker 1492 out of my w124 for a Bluetooth Mod here since I also live in NJ. Was called back an hour later and was advised that a technician looked upon my radio and also determined there was a volume issue and two capacitors that were no good and they recommended this to be fixed first. I told them to ahead and take care of it. Got the radio back a couple days later and I am very happy with the result. The radio looks great, sounds crystal clear (thought it was the speakers or amp before ) the Bluetooth works simple and the turn around time was very quick. Instead of replacing the aftermarket radio with something that looks out of place and dealing with cutting wires in the factory harness. The Becker repair is def worth it. Upon leaving they also promised a year warranty. Thanks guys!!!

Extremely long wait, 25 days. Poor communication, had no idea where my unit was every time I called. No follow up, not a single call. Sent back unrepaired after sitting on it and doing nothing.

Dismal customer service. Not exactly friendly. Responsive until they get your money. After that, good luck getting email responses from them.
