Okay, here's the thing, even if you pay on time I don't like that sometimes they change the rates every other month, some of the employees at the front like to say, that it's because of "the city's expense" or something, so unsure what's going on and why would they keep raising the rate, you know things are already expensive so they don't need to raise it anymore, just keep it as a one flat rate and that's it: UPDATE: Yesterday it says it was closed but it was actually open...

Storage is fine but there's nothing beyond that. No bathrooms in the building, no trash area, no tables or hooks in the hallways, a long elevator code. Keep your stuff there but plan for convenience elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Gio to get a new storage unit ! The process was so quick and he answered all of my questions !! He helped me with choosing the best unit with the best prices. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience at access storage in saddle brook. Definitely ask for Gio when looking for a unit !
