Terrible. 2-3 hours to fill basic prescriptions, condescending staff, never answer their phone. I always went here because it was closest but finally started driving over to CVS in East Rutherford and it's a much better experience. They fill prescriptions in 5-10 minutes, and just are generally way more pleasant to deal with.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Dropped off a prescription and was told to come back in an hour. I have a 6 day old baby & 13 month old at home and asked if it will definitely be done in an hour and was told yes. I come back an hour later and am told it is going to take at least another 2 hours! I was also questioned about dropping off the initial prescription so I asked for my script back so I could go to another pharmacy and the slip was still in the scanner, yet to be processed! very unorganized.

I waited and waited on the phone to have them tell me they do not have my medication! This isn't the first time this has happened but it's the last time. I wish Google would allow me to give them negative stars!

Love coming to this Walgreens. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with the pharmacy or paying at the registers. I needed to print some photos and I had someone come and assist me.

Did not give me receipt for my Covid test kit. Said it will be in my email but never came.The cashier was super rude because he has to wait for me till I get my card.

I'm so happy to see all the other negative reviews at this place, everything that was said is so true and I can relate to them, it's the store in its entirety, I've actually found many different pills on the floor on the customer side , I wonder what's on the foot on the other side, I've had pill counts wrong, a different price virtually every time I refilled my script, rude rude rude employees must be a prerequisite to work here, I looked into the MFG of my generics and found them to be with poor ratings and under investigation since I've switched to CVS East Rutherford it's been such a pleasure

One. There’s never enough staff in this location. There’s always at least one person and even then that one person can go missing for long periods of time. you wonder why people don’t steal. two. None of the workers speak English. It’s very annoying when you’re trying to find an item and they don’t know what you’re talking about and they just aimlessly point you to a random aisle. It doesn’t help at all & three. All of your workers are old and like to stay in one spot which means they don’t like doing your job. and this hasn’t been on one occasion it’s been multiple occasions.

It's a Walgreens....I personally miss the Rite Aid in this location. Now, they NEVER answer the phone!!!! Shout out to Joanne the pharmacist...she rocks!

I was just at the store today 11/6 around 8pm trying to buy a drink and snack before I go to the hospital to prepare for birth (9 months + pregnant). the cashier Raul (I think it's spelled but he refused to show me his name tag) decided to play a game with my husband and I even though I was clearly in a lot of pain and was trying to be patient as he took his time with the customers before us. He asked if we had an account. We said no. My husband pressed a button on the screen thinking he wanted him to press "no". Apparently it was the wrong option. Raul got mad at us and insisted we give him our contact details for an account. We kept repeating that we don't have an account and we are in a rush as I'm in pain. Plus I'm huge so it's pretty obvious I'm very pregnant. And there is a long line after us. Raul said we should have pressed the other button and now we have to give our details. I asked him to press cancel and just start over. He refused and said next time press the correct button. He punished us for picking the wrong option. Very weird! I kept reminding him that I'm on the way to the hospital. He forced my husband to give a fake name and contact details. This was all very disturbing. He took his time with the customers before us cause he was super friendly with them. But as soon as he saw us he treated us different because we are Jewish and I am very pregnant and disabled. He didn't care for my pain. He discriminated against us! And the same time he played victim and said don't get mad at him. We hardly said anything but just to cancel and start over. I have never dealt with such a situation before!

Usually, Walgreens is a nice store based on the several I have been to in my time, but the Walgreens in Rutherford, NJ at 208 Park is absolutely the worst. The manager of the store is a snarky person who can also be downright rude. The cashiers are unfriendly and I've yet to be greeted with a "hello" or a smile. I will now go out of my way to go to the Walgreens in Carlstadt just to avoid the unpleasantness of the Rutherford store.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to in my life. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes now even though there is supposedly one caller ahead of me. On another note, the pharmacist Joanne is easily one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every single interaction with her had been negative. She’s incredibly rude and brash. Any time I have had to ask her a question or get help with a prescription, she had been completely nasty and begins to scream. Often times she doesn’t allow me to explain myself before yelling over me. I’m moving away from Rutherford in less than a month but I’m transferring all of my prescriptions to Carlstadt until I move because the pharmacists are kind and helpful.

There are phones inside the store ? You were on hold for how long ? Ohhhhhhh stop complaining. 3 hours is nothing Besides how else would you know The pharmacist gets a lunch break. ?

The women with the deep voice at the register is very rude and nasty. After 15 years buying there we won't anymore. This store used to be a rite aid. Same employees same rude attitude from this snarky woman. You lost us as customers
