Came here two days in a row to get a passport photo taken. First day they said the guy who takes the photos was out & I asked if he would be in tomorrow they said yes. I walk in today to get my photo taken & they said he isn't here & to come tomorrow. Horrible customer service.

Very disappointed. I came to USA with my husband and 2 year old son and we are UK residents here for tourism but unfortunately yesterday my son had high fever and cough and last night he was hospitalised after so much suffering we went to your pharmacy today at 12:30pm (208 Park Ave, Rutherford) where that pharmacist told us to wait for an hour to find out prescriptions so we came back to pharmacy after an hour the prescription and medicine were in front of us but she didn’t gave it and said you are 1 minute late and close the pharmacy for lunch break my husband really insisted her because we were getting late for our return flight but she didn’t listen him anyways and went. Then we wait half an hour more our son coughed and cry alot and we missed our flight as well this whole thing is very frustrating . I already complaint online but there’s no response yet so i have to review them because of our worst experience. Hopefully they take some action towards her . Have to say this UK health and care and pharmacies are much better and quicker than them.

Every time I call the pharmacy, every person that answers the phone has a bad attitude and our rude and mean. Customer service at this location is by far the worst. If I was the manager at this location I would fire everyone of them and rehire and train a staff that is well put together because the staff in the pharmacy sucks

I thought I could trust this pharmacy, but today I saw that the vitamins I bought from them a week ago had already expired! ATTENTION !these PRENATAL vitamins! Be careful when buying medications here!

Check any medicine for expirations you purchase at this walgreens. We assumed medicine was good and my wife start to take it. We purchased it in December, and it expiring in January of 2024. Be careful… they seems dont remove it from shelves and try to put it on sale..

Terrible. 2-3 hours to fill basic prescriptions, condescending staff, never answer their phone. I always went here because it was closest but finally started driving over to CVS in East Rutherford and it's a much better experience. They fill prescriptions in 5-10 minutes, and just are generally way more pleasant to deal with.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Dropped off a prescription and was told to come back in an hour. I have a 6 day old baby & 13 month old at home and asked if it will definitely be done in an hour and was told yes. I come back an hour later and am told it is going to take at least another 2 hours! I was also questioned about dropping off the initial prescription so I asked for my script back so I could go to another pharmacy and the slip was still in the scanner, yet to be processed! very unorganized.

I waited and waited on the phone to have them tell me they do not have my medication! This isn't the first time this has happened but it's the last time. I wish Google would allow me to give them negative stars!

Love coming to this Walgreens. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with the pharmacy or paying at the registers. I needed to print some photos and I had someone come and assist me.
