Agents & Managers at this post office are the best. Specially KB agent & William Manager. They help me all the time. They were able to tracked me a package consider lost for two weeks.
Great people, I sincerely recommend this Post Office 100 %. As the place to go !

A short time ago, when it was pouring cats and dogs, I had to run some errands with my baby. I was at the post office to ship a return package and I had no label. A beautiful, young lady whose name was Khabirna, known as KB in the office, not only helped me, but also was so kind to my baby. While doing her great job, she gave a candy to my baby and helped me so much with the label. I really appreciate her for brightening my day and her excellent service.

a Chinese man who worked today at 12:00pm, I brought my small package today to send a return, my package was loosely secured and I asked him: could he just cover the open part of the package with one line of tape so that the contents would not be lost, he simply ignored I asked him a few more times, he simply stuck the label on, ignored me again and put the parcel on the shelf! what a terrible attitude towards customers! he just stood there and did nothing

The Post Office of Rutherford, New Jersey, is a nearly ninety year old edifice located just off downtown Rutherford, on Park Avenue at the West Passaic Avenue Circle. Built in 1935, it serves the standard postal needs of the citizenry. It is a two wing setup, with service windows in the center of it. The clerks there have always been helpful and informative, whenever I have a question. I rarely encounter a line of more than significant timeage when I am there as well. They also constructed an ADA COMPLIANT wheelchair ramp to help mobility impaired patrons to negotiate the one story elevation from street level to the entrance, which is a major convenience, too.

What a refreshing change of pace from your average post office! I had to change my address in person, and this woman named KB was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The grown people that work at this post office are as lazy as you would find at any small ice cream shop or retail place run by teenagers. They will do the bare minimum if not asked to help a little more. Not sure if my package was there or the UPS facility in the neighborhood. I had a USPS tracking number so at some point it was there. Just needed them to tell me if it was still there or sent out. The lady at the window says....if I dont have a slip she cannot do anything for me. I walked away then went back to a gentleman at the counter who told me the same thing. Can you just put the tracking number into your computer and tell me where its at I asked. He said ok. I finally got an answer in lass than 2mins as to where it was at. Omg....was that so hard to have done that from the beginning. As a heathcare worker in an emergency room im constantly helping people more than i need to. Imagine me telling a patient "no I cannot tell you if your resutls are back bc Im not your provider".I would let their provider know they have questions for them. Just do your job!

The worst ppl work there. Rude , selfish and unhelpful. My mail is constantly missing and if you complain they don’t care. And they called them Heroes… please . Terrible service ever.
