I almost never write reviews but after this experience I need to warn fellow ebayers and online sellers alike. On Monday June 24th 2024 I dropped off four boxes. 3 of them have no tracking updates. I called on Tuesday to the store. The employee said that they are at the Lyndhurst UPS location per the tracking data. However, that was not true. I waited another business day. On Wednesday I called UPS corporate line they advised to submit a lost package claim because all three boxes were probably lost. So I called the store again on June 26th 2024. The employee was not helpful. In asked if he could double check the store he said no they are to busy. I said told him I'm left with no choice to file a complaint to locate my package. He goes I don't care. I told him I'll never return back to this store. He said that's fine. Don't go here if you want your customers to be happy drive to Secaucus UPS.

Horrible customer service. I hardly ever do returns but when I do I make the effort to package everything every time and seal it. Today i tried to drop off an amazon return and due the fact that i was rushing i missed the part in directions that the box has to be sealed (I had it in an open box). I apologized to the girl letting her know that i totally missed that part in the directions. The girl or whatever IT was named Lee just said i either come back with it sealed or buy a roll of tape. I looked at her and asked if she was serious and she said yes. I’d understand her attitude if I was doing it every day, but Im hardly at UPS making returns. Management should really train their employees better as that place seems like its ran by a bunch of high school kids. I honestly wish that amazon would get a deal with FedEx rather the UPS so I wouldn’t have to deal with UPS anymore cause their service is garbage even down to an interaction like this, over stupid piece of tape.

The staff was not helpful at all especially for an out of towner. They would not even give me a piece of tape or even a foot long. I had to pay $4.00 for a whole roll of tape! I use the UPS stores all over the US and have NEVER had such a lack of help or care. Will never come back and will tell everyone I know in the Rutherford area.

I've had to send or receive items from the store, and had to use their computer to have some financial papers printed up for filing. Great staff!
