If you happen to need an appointment with Tristate Dent Removal, be ready to wait at least 2/3 months before getting one. Definitely would not recommend.. Ive been waiting for an appointment forever now.

Mike was very professional when he came and service my Lexus . He even offered me to watch him which some other company would want you out of sight. He came remove 3 dents within 1 hr I believe and also I had another job on a lease vehicle and instead of making money off me he told me anything smaller than a credit card size should be covered. Would highly recommend

This is the second time I used TriState to fix small dents from car doors or shopping carts. Mike was so awesome! He is a real expert at this and his work is impeccable. Looks like there was never a dent there. They also come to your home or office and make the process so simple and efficient. I highly recommend them for any dents/dings. Thanks again Mike!

Great customer service and work!I’ve had multiple PDR jobs done but these guys are beyond professional and courteous. They work with you to come to you around your busy schedule. Had a ding removed on my 2020, and I’m extremely satisfied. Mike did a great job!!!! He is talented at what he does. The work was fantastic. The magic made the ding disappear. He was very professional himself and gentle with my car. Will definitely be using you guys again in the future. Thank you !

The tech named mike that came to see my wife was super rude and charged her 100 more then the estimate. When called about it ,l got nowher . Apparentiy this is the way they operat . Very disappointedapoke to the owner...same personalit y. ?

I had such a wonderful experience with Tri State Dent Removal! Mike was absolutely amazing- he came on time (even early!), completed the job in a timely manner and COMPLETELY removed the dent in my Porsche! Mike was very friendly, he’s obviously been in the business a long time and was a true professional- he explained to me his process and even showed me while he was working how he removed the dent. I’m so thrilled I chose Tri State. I would recommend to any of my friends & family 100%!

Horrible experience before I even got started. Emailed to get a quote. They sent me some questions which I answered and wrote back immediately. Then I also sent photos and was asked questions again which I answered. After a week, no response and when I asked what happened, they told me i never responded. Vanessa needs to learn how to treat customers a bit better. Her words were "we can't give yu and estimate if you don't respond to out questions which I did. She also claimed they tried to reach me but that was not true. When I showed her the emails where I sent the info they asked, she told me there are many other ways I can contact them. Courtesy goes a long way Vanessa. A simple apology and then moving forward with a positive attitude will help. This place may fix dents well but I will never know. The experience never got underway due to lack of professionalism. To Mike who I also emailed, sorry we couldn't do business.
