“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”
“I love Cobble Mail and couldn’t recommend it more. I get a ton of packages mailed here (both for personal and for work purposes) and have never had any issues. The ownership and staff here are incredibly friendly and I enjoy seeing them on my daily stop in. I’ve also used Cobble Mail for printing, passport photos, and purchasing supplies. This place is a neighborhood establishment and they do a fantastic job.”

“Been coming here for years - mostly for phone chargers and to print documents when I didn't have a printer years ago. Staff here has always been friendly, helpful and courteous with me. Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.”
“I'm more than elated to give this store a 5 Star review in hopes that corporate sees this about DUANE . He is an incredible, kind, soft spoken articulate and a multitasker. I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. “This is my go-to neighborhood spot for all my shipping needs - it's very convenient for dropping off UPS and Fedex but they are also extremely helpful if you don't have a pre-paid label - they always help find the best, most reasonably priced option. They also do passport photos - I brought my kid, who was uncooperative to say the least, and Ameer was SO kind and patient, he guided my kid through the process until we got the perfect shot, which believe me, was not easy.”

Most UPS stores have had rude employees to be honest, but both here and the location in Bloomfield have kind, friendly employees with good customer service skills. Raj just helped me with an Amazon return and it was easy peasy. 10/10 recommend this Belleville location & kudos to Raj for being so sweet.”

“Shipping our lives from the US to the UK - uuuug! I am just at the beginning of the process so will update when the cargo aka our stuff arrives at its destination. However, so far the worst of the pain was taken from us by NY International Shipping and by Ryan and Jamie who collected our stuff and worked like Trojans to do it on a hot and sticky August evening. I felt confident that they were also being careful with those large items we hadn't packed ourselves. They would have packed everything in fact and if this were a "lock, stock, and barrel" move (it's not!), I'd have been delighted to let them at it.”

“I gave 5 stars for my review only because of the very kind and professional young lady named Victoria who is the Notary. There were two more young women working there yesterday when I stopped by to have four documents notarized. To make a long story short, I waited on a long line for my turn to get waited on. When I stated that I needed documents notarized, one of the clerks told me that I was too late because the Notary just clocked out for the day and clocks out every day at 3pm. I told her that I called their store early that morning and was told the Notary would be in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. and no one ever asked if some of us on the line were there for Notary services rather than make us wait on line to just be told we would not be serviced. The clerk was very rude and pretty much called me a liar about the phone conversation I had when I called the store. The Notary hadn’t even left the store yet; however, the clerk refused to call her from the back to find out if she would be willing to notarize my documents before she left since I had been in the store waiting on line all the while she was waiting to service customers. Sweet kind Victoria put her coat on and left, but was willing to turn around and come back in the store to notarize my documents after I told her what happened. I was so frustrated and was almost in tears, but my whole mood changed to sheer happiness at the kindness and respect Victoria showed me. There are still good people in this world. Victoria is living proof!”
