I ordered a baby outfit, “ Lito boys white shorts and suspenders 850” and unfortunately, it runs large and wide, making it hard to get a proper fit. The material quality feels cheap, almost like plastic, which was really disappointing. To make matters worse, they refused to give a refund and instead offered store credit, which feels like a trap. If you want to exchange, they ask you to cover shipping, so if you don’t want anything else from the store, you basically lose your money. Not a great experience at all—wouldn’t recommend buying from here."

Bought a dress for my daughter from here for her baptism and I am absolutely in love with it it is so beautiful and unique. Had to have several different sizes shipped to me in Florida and Nina was the best !!!! Very responsive and attentive catered to all of my questions and requests I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and gorgeous items. I highly recommend !!!

My mom would purchase my dresses for me from Sarah's when I was a child. Now, I'm buying clothes here for my son and daughter. This last purchase was definitely the best! My daughter (who is not even 2 yet) was IN LOVE with her dress! She didn't want to take it off ?? Nina helped us in the store and Maria through emails. They are both so amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at Sara’s for both my son and daughter’s communions. Maria worked with us both times and was helpful, patient, communicative and so sweet with my children. The quality of items and selection is spectacular, as well as the attention to detail for both the clothing and accessories. I also needed a flower girl dress in a very short period of time due to another boutique’s negligence and Maria immediately contacted the dress designer overseas to get the dress within a matter of two weeks after I was waiting months from the previous store, who then told me it would not be shipped just weeks before the wedding. You can tell that this is truly a passion for the store owners and I highly recommend Sara’s Children’s Boutique and loved working with them!

I had a great experience here! I was helped by three different employees with the shared goal of finding the perfect Christening dress for my 3-month-old daughter, and it was a success! The staff pulled every dress that I liked off the wall, and they were very patient as I narrowed them down to my top choices, even allowing me to video call the baby's Godmother and grandmother for second opinions. I ended up purchasing a long Macis dress gown for just slightly above my initial budget, but cheaper than their listed online price.
Note that the dresses cannot be tried on in store and there are no returns, so I measured my baby at home and insisted that they re-measure her there. Ultimately, it fit her perfectly and she wore her dress comfortably for nearly 7 hours, even taking 2 naps in it.
Also note that the dresses sold here are definitely pricey. I don't believe any Christening dresses that I looked at were under $169 (excluding the changing dresses), but they are of great quality and with all the lace, tulle, and/or sparkle you could ask for. My princess really looked like royalty on her special day and we received so many compliments on her dress. Pictures to follow.
I will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend Sara's to everyone I know.

Sarah’s is the ultimate in selection and customer service. They’re patient, kind, understanding and the gowns and product speak for themselves.
My daughter’s communion gown is incredible, and she’s very hard to please. I was lucky enough to get my communion dress from them many years ago and knowing Maria and Rosa are still helping our children look their best for their big day, says so much. They are so wonderful to work with, you will not be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend shopping here. I didn’t realize I ordered the wrong pair of sneakers for my daughter. They contacted me right away and suggested the bigger size. I can’t thank them enough. The sneakers came and were perfect.
