The place is dirty. The machines don’t work and when you ask to the owners for a solution they yell at you and they say it’s your responsibility because you are not checking your clothes. If you want to avoid a bad time don’t go there.

Their coins change machine is not working.I put 10 dollar billIt returned me 5 dollars change.Their washing machine also don't return coinsEven not so many peoples go thereThey told me not to leave laundries and comebackWhen i go pick up my laundries before 8pmShe said the last wash is at 7 pmI told herLaundromat opening and closing time is not posted outside the door!She told me not so many customers are coming there so they are not posting ??♂️

So rude women and man.After I check the my shirt and hoody, she said: none of my customers check like this blah blah...I pay money, why I would not check it?Then she start to yelling, I do this job 25 year blah blah blah...This my first and LAST time.Advice to owners: be Kind. Kindness is what you need.

Lala Cleaner is clean. That is the best I can say about Lala Cleaners. Washers are extremely small for the price. 4 and 6 minutes per quarter for dryers is crazy. 6 quarters for whites with only one towel, socks, and still come home damp. 8 quarters for darks and still have to hang them to dry. Dryers have three temperature settings and it only got warm at best. NEVER again Lala Cleaner.

This review is from husband: I started coming here after I got tired of push back on stains that I would find on my shirts after getting my clothes back from Lots of Clean on Rte. 17. Very nice and personable. Always asks about my family. Also she is very accommodating. For example same day service isn't advertised but they will do it for an up charge. Clothes here have come back clean and all stains have come out.

The owner of this laundromat is EXTREMELY RUDE and recently lost my business. I have been going here for years until one day he disrespectfully reprimanded me for not coming back in "exactly" 23 minutes after my wash cycle ended. I have also had horrific experiences with their dry cleaning services, including damaged or missing items. If I were you I WOULD NOT give this place any business, since Sonic Suds is just down Union Avenue and that establishmsnt actually values their customers.

Charged $14 for hemming pants they never did, left the jacket with them for a month to put a zipper on never happened please don't use their Taylor.
