“I worked with Charlotte Arnstein for this ring, and I have to say this was a terrific experience. Exceeded expectations in fact. She worked through several ideas and was quick to respond, quick to generate the ideas, and had great suggestions. After a few versions, we settled on a design and placed an order. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the ring was delivered ahead of schedule. It came in a seriously heavy ring box, along with all the paperwork regarding the stone.
The only thing I’d add is that the ring looked even better in person. If you're on the fence after viewing it online, our experience was that the pictures didn’t fully capture its quality and beauty.”

“Great customer service. I read the reviews and went to the shop to get one of my watches battery changed and get the other one fitted right on the wrist. The gentleman (owner) at the shop was so nice and showed me a few things on the watch for maintenance did the work on the watches right away. Highly recommend”
