“I’ve been coming into the City for seven years to shop at Jane’s Exchange for my grandkids. It’s a woman owned, family run business with a cozy and cheerful vibe. I always manage to find good quality, reasonably priced items the kids really enjoy wearing. I’ll be sad when they outgrow the sizes the store carries, but until then it is my go-to location for their casual to formal outfits.”

“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

“I’ve been shopping at this store for a while, but during my recent visit, I was looking for something for my wife. A young lady named Sashawn, who I believe is a manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding my selection. I mentioned that I wanted to surprise my wife but had no idea where to start. After showing her a couple of pictures of my wife, everything fell into place. I apologize for taking all the credit, Miss Sashawn, but you truly made my wife a happy woman. They have all the sections for men women children and sports wears. We went to get some pants for my kid. Honestly I never purchase anything in full price. Always wait for discount.
Highly recommend to get their credit card for being a member. The perks are great: extra discounts, cash back on purchases etc.
Line to check out is always long on the weekends but it does move quickly.”

“This local mom and pop shop that should continued to be supported. Not only with their fair prices, and discounts off of a lot of pricey items, but because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they provide!
This is a lost art in my hometown, unfortunately. But these New York folks are old school in their approach- patient, honest, and informative. They actually know their product! Imagine that. That’s really hard to find these days.
A special shout out goes to Tedra and Selina on guiding us thru such important product decisions. Such knowledgeable people. And so nice. They have my loyalty moving fwd.”

“I like shopping at this Old Navy. It’s usually not busy and they have a lot of nice clothes that I can wear to work (business casual). My definition of business casual includes jeans. The staff here is very friendly and the mall is very nice and quiet. Even on Saturday, not crowded like the nearby garden state.”

“I often love shopping at this Old Navy store. It’s one of the best clothing stores in the area, and it’s always well-maintained. The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional. I really can’t ask for anything more from this Old Navy location.

Another aspect I appreciate is the store’s layout. It’s easy to navigate, and the displays are always tidy and appealing. This makes it easy to find what I’m looking for without feeling overwhelmed. The fitting rooms are clean and spacious, which adds to the overall positive shopping experience.
In addition, the return policy is very customer-friendly. On the few occasions I’ve needed to return or exchange an item, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff handled everything efficiently, which is a huge plus.
Overall, this Old Navy location has really stepped up its game. The improvements in customer service and store management are noticeable, and it’s clear that they value their customers’ shopping experience. Despite the occasional long lines, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.”
“I went in for a top and a pair of jeans which found on the second floor. Thats where the women cloths are (jeans, dresses, shirts, pants etc) but they also have women stuff on the 1st floor and men cloths on the 2nd floor. The staff were very helpful and nice, the store was clean and organized.”

“Another really cute store in the area. This is mostly cards, some books and some unique and funny finds. It is a gift shop, even if Google maps search tells you otherwise. If you are looking for a stationary store then this is not exactly it. You can still get really cute/unique New York souvenir items and greeting cards. They have a lot of amazing candles. I loved the owl hanging from the ceiling and a paper-mache dog. Unfortunately they are not for sale but you can admire them at the store.”
