“Called about getting renter's insurance for first time. Everything was done in a couple of minutes by phone. Then went in person to get policy and pay for a year. So fast, easy and simple. However, we did have a long lovely conversation both by phone and in person about all kinds of things not related to insurance. Diane is so friendly and good hearted.
